"I had the best nights sleep in this hotel. It was extremely quiet. even the fan was quiet but worked well. The room was clean,the check in was easy.The hotel felt safe for a single traveller. The calmness of the hotel helps anyone who needs a break or to just quiet down for a bit."

"Great location. Super comfy bed, best shower! We had an incredible view of the river. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing they could improve is to increase menu options in all of their restaurants. Recommend and would return. "

"Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location with many public transit options. Room is clean. Cons: Toilet got clogged one day, and I had to use the public toilet in that morning. Bathroom is rather small with poor ventilation and no regular plugs. Room layout is not ideal, and some places are not being effectively used. Bedside USB chargers are not working. I got a street-facing room where I often heard noises from street. Gym is tiny with limited equipment. Elevators are tiny which sometimes cause long wait time. "

"Amazing hotel, would stay again, such a good location. Only thing I’d say is if you want late checkout sign up to be a member as it’s free for members- wasn’t aware till it was too late. "

"The staff were very friendly and genuinely interested in what we were doing during our stay. Check-in and check out was very easy. The standard room was very large compared to other hotels and everything was very clean."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. Hotel is in a perfect location and the staff were an absolute delight. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower is one of the best I've had. Only issue is the bed could be comfier but that's a personal preference anyway!"

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "

"Our room was impossibly small with only a bed to sit on or take turns getting items from our suitcases by putting them on the bed. Next time I would definitely request a larger room. It was very very tight for the four nights we were there. Otherwise, staff was nice, room was clean. We would like to have had wash cloths."
