"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

"Pod was nice and clean, mattress was comfortable and plenty of room for me as a 6ft 3 male. But the pod door wouldn’t lock from the outside. There are no lockers to put your things in and so to store a suitcase is very expensive at £15 per day when the room rate for the pods is already pretty high compared to a hostel where lockers would be provided, so not really good for long stays or travellers with big suitcases. I just my carry on suitcase inside my pod to sleep so it didn't get stolen. It smelled of pee in the corridors before going into the pod area. The basement level is literally a building site even though the elevator (which are extremely slow) lets you go down there for some reason. For the facilities they have here its very expensive"
