โIt was very comforting to stay there for two days. Hotel staff was servicing, breakfast options were ok, pool area was good, very clean. I booked this place because is convenient to go to sea world and its in mission valley.โ
โSpent 3 nights to visit family nearby, great room, firm bed and surprisingly quiet at all times. Great restaurant directly across the street and Old Town historic site with more restaurants and shops. This is my 2nd stay and will be back.โ
โThe Hacienda Hotel is in incredible location if youโre visiting San Diego. Itโs reasonably close to everything and the old town neighborhood itself is well worth visiting and spending some time. I think the hotel was a terrific value. Kids had a great time in the pool facility were clean and well maintained. I was really happy there.โ
โI randomly found this place as i was looking for some options to fit family of 9 without booking two separate rooms. This place is amazing and charming. Itโs new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The most important thing is the place is super clean, staff is very friendly and polite. Itโs facing the freeway but you donโt hear any noise...
โDuring my 4-day stay, no room cleaning was made and with my notice and complaint during check-out, the receptionist promised to reward 20 dollars. A noisy place next to I-5.โ
โThis property was well maintained and the rooms were fresh and comfortable. The staff were friendly and did a great job keeping the property clean and inviting. We really enjoyed the free breakfast...great select each day and plenty to go around considering how busy the dinning area became. โ
