โFirst rate place. They truly think of everything. The staff was extremely accommodating. Our group had drinks in the bar that were exceptional. Will definitely return here when in Knoxvilleโ
โThis hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!โ
โEveryone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didnโt work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. Iโd stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. โ
โLoved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.
The barista in the am was engaging as well:)

โI specifically was looking for a hotel without carpet because hotel carpet is disgusting. Very nice update room. Very clean bathroom and loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Very luxurious.โ
โGreat property! Very clean, staff was kind, patient, friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, nicely appointed rooms, bathroom amenities were upscale and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent! They thought of everything. Highly recommend!โ
