“The breakfast and staff made this hotel get 5 stars. The rooms were clean, but basic. We used it just for a place to sleep and then have breakfast as a base for visiting the Cotswolds. The restaurant, grounds and serivce was exceptional, and made up for the smaller, basic room.”

“Amazing hotel & apartment in Cotswold area. We stayed at an apartment and it was really convenient and comfortable. Suits for both short term stay and long term stays as there're dish washer, washing machine, even liquid soap! But sofa bed was too soft and not firm enough to sleep. Breakfast was good also.”

“Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. “Lovely quiet room cold outside but room was nice and warm and cosy perfect for us as a stopover. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean and the tea/coffee/water was nice. TV and WiFi all good. Breakfast in the bar was good would highly recommend. ”
