We booked two night- three days, but they didnt change new towel, fill water and clean garbage. Best thing which makes us so angry is that no answer from our ring, even never hang up the interphone. Clean and fresh but hard to connect staffs. Never to use next time.

Clean, spotless room. Comfy bed. Lots of pillows. Bathroom a bit dated. Big TV. Very quiet apart from cars going past. Everything you need in the room. Couldnโt fault it, would stay again

First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.

This was the 1st Time i have Been to Malborough i came here to go to a Gig nearby.so i stayed in this hotel because it was near to the Venue.The Room was Lovely Everything i Needed Plenty of Tea and Coffee the Room Clean and Tidy and even the Bed Was Comfy to for my Good Night Sleep.
