"Rooms were very clean, outdoor pools very clean service excellent food was great only thing was the tamahawk steak at magna always running out of steaks it wasn’t a great experience after that everything is great."

"Everyone was friendly and kind and the maintenance of the property was stellar they were always cleaning the grounds throughout the day. Room service was always the best available and the food the delivered was great. Water pressure always seemed to run slower between 2-4 I think just a lot of people on premises using the showers before dinner. Jacuzzi was running slow the first few days we arrived so filling it up was difficult. we didn’t end up using our rooftop jacuzzi area like we thought we would but we didn’t enjoy sitting in the deck. We kept to the adult only pool and tried the beach but were always bombarded with people selling you things. Eventually we just have it up and stayed at the pool. All in all it was def relaxing and peaceful and worth the trip."

"I didn’t like how there was literally only Spanish music 24/7 I understand it’s a Spanish speaking country but even when I was telling the djs and entertainers they like they didn’t care Tip: bring your own little speaker Also the ppl at expand listen it I don’t think trying to forcefully get me to buy your time share at my hotel where I’m trying to relax is the right thing to do And mind you they don’t come off as so. They literally told me and my wife (oh we will show you the best place for food and around the hotel) They literally took a whole day of vacation just to try sell me time share places. And to add insult when they finally told us exactly what the tour was they say (if you don’t like then you can just enjoy the rest of your stay) When I told them we’re not interested they went and got the man in charge to offer a better deal I literally had to get aggressive and tell him no So be on the eye for expand personnel"
