“I dont even want to rate this hotel- it was the worst hotel ever- im not talking about the accomodation, im talking about the service. They are very rude and very impolite, such horrible manner, yelling for sth not reasonable. I was very upset and their system is like WORST- i do not recommend at all”

“Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle. “A bit far from ski resort but could get aid for free riding when schedule met, though it said no riding service available when I asked by email before trip. All staff were amazingly nice and friendly. One thing to be desired was there’s no bath tub. ”
