The air conditioner issues occurred unexpectedly at night, and we tried our best to reach out to the professional AC company. Unfortunately, they could not come in time due to heavy traffic since it was the countdown night. We tried to provide alternatives, moving affected guests to our sister hotel and partner hotels. For the guests who chose to stay with us, we provided electric fan as a temporary solutions and also compensate our guests in other ways. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have since replaced the central air con system and it is now working fine. Unfortunately the water heater system broke down during your stay, we have since replaced all the heating elements and the issue is resolved now. The cafe in the lobby is opened 24/7 and is popular with students. It can get crowded at times but it is never noisy nor rowdy as the students use the area to study. Cafe in HCMC, even Starbucks gets crowded easily because of the strong Vietnamese cafe culture.
