The hotel does not have breakfast and charges parking at $25, very expensive. The check-in process was slow. The front desk staff was not sure if the deposit was charged or not. "When I arrived, there was a notice on the door that the electricity had been shut off due to nonpayment. I called the Eden Park Guest House number, and the manager was not apologetic and instead told to me check on the power myself. I cannot speak for the conditions of the room as I decided not to stay at an accommodation without electricity."

"Was staying at this hotel because we were attending a event at echostage . Hotel had its own parking which makes it very convenient and it’s somthing hard to find on DC. Room was pretty standard, their bed was surprisingly very comfortable ! We had an amazing night of sleep :)! Staff was very friendly as well. Our first room, a previous customer smoked in the room and made it smell terrible, the staff changed out room within seconds which we really appreciate ☺️ will stay again for the good...
