"We found a child’s dummy on the floor at the side of the bed - housekeeping improvements needed. Kitchen in our room poorly equipped- nothing to dry dishes, no dinner plates. Wrist band was not activated for car parking, so couldn’t exit the car park- process also not explained at check-in Staff helpful in providing a kettle when asked. Check your bill - have been charged twice daily for car parking"
