โHi, me and my husband a foreigner who needs accommodation nearby my nephew's apartment. My nephew recommended this hotel because the location is also close to public transportation (Dapsimni subway station directly goes down with stairs, less effort. And Dapsimni Bus Stop with a lot of bus routes.)
Although the staff can't speak English, my nephew help to communicate with them for check in, check out or asking for glass and water. No problem.
Overall, we enjoyed stay here.

โThe first room we got didnt look like the photos, was very mouldy and had peeling wall paper due to the humid environment. It was not really safe to stay in, however the staff did accommodate and relocate us to a nearby hotel for free.โ
