"I would recommend staying at the ENA suite Hotel, as it central location and close proximity to city hall station,makes it an ideal base for exploring Seoul. Just a note that the closest CU isn't a 24 hour andnothing is opened after 11:30pm. It makes it a super quiet location at night,but here is construction next door so a little noisy during the day."
