“Room was okay, but overstuffed pillows made me feel like I was fighting them all night.They kept on pushing my neck forward, didn’t mold, and just didn’t stay put. Six pillows in my room-ALL the same thing. Hotel’s gotta have different sizes pillows available in each room. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.”

“The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again.”

“There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...

“My husband and I stayed at The Chatwal Lodge (about two hours from NYC) and it’s easily one of the best resorts we’ve been to. It feels incredibly private and secluded—it seemed like there were only ~20 guests on property—so the whole experience was calm and special. We booked the Treehouse, which was awesome: modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with a great vibe. “Great facility, excellent pool, but not enough seats. Air conditioner in the room was blowing 88F. No reaction from staff. Had to call everyone to get a replacement room. No overnight desk service. Found a hair in the food, disgusting. Parking is ok. No EV charger. Resort needs better management. ”
