โIf you're staying in the area, stay here instead of the Walton Motel (20 minutes down the road. It is much cleaner and the staff is much more professional.โ
โThe staff here was amazing, had a great one night getaway and I wished we stayed longer!
Definitely would come back! Service A plus!
Food A plus! Scenery outstanding! Definitely recommend for a good wind down from ones busy day to day.โ
โWe were in the area for an event at Belleayre Mountain. The location was extremely convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and our hostess, Tanya, was friendly and welcoming. Her breakfasts each day were freshly prepared and delicious. We would definitely return to this property in the future.โ
โBrendan was very friend. We had a very relaxing stay. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was so quiet. Bed was very comfortable so slept very well. Bath was nicely remodeled. It was the perfect location for us to attend a local wedding.โ
โVery nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming .
Lovely breakfast baskets available (additional charge).
Only improvement would be cleaning of room . We got a message while out asking if we would like the room cleaned that day with a circa 3 hour window that cleaners were available . We asked for it to be and unfortunately it wasnโt when we returned. Put it down to message system delays but think better system needed than this. Definately worth visiting though . โ
โThe place was charming and immaculate. It was so tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious, modern cuisine. Jake and Caroline were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We intend to return for a whole weekend very soon.โ
โCame from Long Island, liked the property & room design. Didnโt get to enjoy the Russian Mule, but place was busy on Saturday and food smelled great. Further than we thought from the Bethel amphitheater but not that far. All in all a lovely place to stay.โ
โThis was an amazing experience. I definitely recommend for families to get out of the routine and enjoy out here and enjoy nature! Everything in the property was well organized and perfect!โ
โBen was such a great host and so lovely to chat with. It was for sure an LGBTQIA+ friendly B&B, and we felt right at home amongst the incredibly eclectic decor. SUCH a cool and interesting house. The breakfasts were also great, the mushroom quiche especially! No complaints :)โ
โone bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.โ
โOur one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.โ
โOther than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable.
The Yarra is 2 Thumbs up
