“Everything was wonderful! Perfect for a long weekend getaway”

“Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to...

“While the room itself was clean, there were several issues that make this a bad stay. Both of the sheets were clean, but had some orange and red stains. The towels provided were tattered and had significant holes in them. The gap between the outside door and the floorboard was quite large, with nothing stopping bugs/mice from coming inside. I stayed in room 3, and I could hear whispers from room 2 like they were right next to me, so don’t expect any privacy. Finally, when we arrived we were told...

“Just what me and my two boys needed for our short ski weekend. Very efficient little apartment with well equipped kitchen. So close to Belleayre and very nice welcome from the host.”

“My stay was wonderful overall! The only issue we experienced was that our cell phones only worked while connected to WiFi, which made it difficult at times to contact the host by call or text. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.”

“I didn’t get a chance to stick around for the breakfast. The End keeper was very helpful. I get out pretty early so there was gorgeous views off the porch in the morning.”

“What a delight to stay at the Arts Inn. The space was charming, the room was very comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and helpful as we planned a couple of days exploring their region of the Catskills. We especially appreciated the lovely breakfast -- 'continental' in that it wasn't cooked to order, but nonetheless ample and full of local delights including cheese, boiled eggs, bread, preserves, and fresh-baked muffins. Loved the whole experience!”
