โWe are local, but needed a place to stay while our house was having some work done. We were so excited to see The Overlook was open, and I'm even more excited that we booked! They're still finishing the property so not all rooms are available, but I can't wait to visit when they're all done! Beautiful rooms, kind and flexible owners - a must-stay if you're in Saugerties! The luxurious bathrooms are a huge bonus!โ
โCame from Long Island, liked the property & room design. Didnโt get to enjoy the Russian Mule, but place was busy on Saturday and food smelled great. Further than we thought from the Bethel amphitheater but not that far. All in all a lovely place to stay.โ

โWhat a nice surprise the Hotel Vienna turned out to be! I highly recommend it if you're visiting the Catskills. It had what we were looking for: an easy to moderate hike, an indoor heated swimming pool, great selection of cable TV channels and clean, clean, clean.โ
โWe couldnโt have asked for a better experience. Even though youโre sent an email stating itโs self check-in, we were greeted by the manager when we arrived. Very friendly, and, she baked cookies for arriving guests! The grounds are beautiful; wrap around porch, hiking trails right out the back of the property. If youโre looking for a unique experience, this is place!โ

โPretty new hotel in excellent condition. I had a studio with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and king sized bed. Nice sized bathroom, with a walk in shower (with excellent water pressure.) Very quiet room.
The area has many shopping centers. My room looked on the back and side of a Target, and I think this added to the quiet at night.
Excellent front desk staff. Very good laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. Each $2.50 in quarters, but front desk staff can give you change.

โHitorical, straightforward, part of REAL community, NOT A STERILE HOTEL, personable while professional. It has old fashioned boarding house charm.
Highly recommend, unless you are seeking the Hilton.โ
โWe were in the area for an event at Belleayre Mountain. The location was extremely convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and our hostess, Tanya, was friendly and welcoming. Her breakfasts each day were freshly prepared and delicious. We would definitely return to this property in the future.โ
