세면대 물이 잘 안빠졌지만, 즉각적인 도움을 주어서 잘 해결되었고, 직원의 친절도는 정말 만족하였습니다.

The property actually exceeded my expectations. I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette.

Good to spend the night and take a shower. Beds are decent. Olso very quiet. 5 minutes from the central market and Plaza la Reina.

The apartment was perfect for the price. Generally quiet, but did find it noisy on Friday/Saturday. Firm bed in awkward position in room. Fine for us, but if someone has mobility issues this would be a concern. Perhaps, not all suites are the same. Excellent location with lots of dining options. A reasonable walk from the bus station. We brought our own foldable bikes but bike rentals plentiful and a very reasonable rate. We would happily stay here again.

The location of the property is fantastic. The pictures of the property are deceiving since it is run down. Curtains broken at the edges, towels in need of replacement. Needs TLC! Dryer advertised as available and it is not, all they had was a hair dryer…

Appartamento 2 down Town 13 fatiscente, cavo della corrente dentro il box doccia, rubinetti sgrostati, mobili massacrati, pavimento flottante con buche sotto, macchie di umidità, mura con dentro solchi. Pulizia scarsissima, capelli nel lavandino e nella doccia appena arrivati. ( Di chi ha fatto le pulizie, ragnatele. Tenda macchiata. Isolazione con il piano superiore inesistente ( ringrazio le ragazze che erano sopra di noi sabato notte), casino dalla strada a causa di serramenti obsoleti. Phon colato...(tra l altro ottima la pulizia del casetto che lo conteneva) L unica cosa che si salva è la posizione.

De locatie was perfect alleen ik had mij de accommodatie wel wat anders voorgesteld. Klein bed, badkamer was aan vervanging toe te grote bank voor de kamer en verder erg onlogisch ingedeeld . Helaas zaten we op de eerste verdieping en geen balkon. Het inchecken ging prima en ook fijn dat je je bagage daar kan laten staan.

Would not stay here again.
Apartment was really worn out, not like in the pictures. Kitchen had for example only one small spoon, so not very well equiped. Windows let through all the noise from the streets, so it was difficult to sleep allthough our apartment was on the 2nd floor. Worst was the constant smell of sewer in the toilet spreading to the apartment. Loved Valencia, but wouldn't stay in this place again.

cockroaches in the apartment! I don't even know where to begin! Myself, my husband and our 4 year old toddler couldn't stay in the apartment for more than one night. Upon entering the apartment I could right away tell that the pictures on Expedia for this apartment were taken quite few years ago as there were stains on the sofa, marking all over the walls and the furniture looked very beat up. But it got much worse as when we turned on the aircon a huge cockroach came out and then another one appeared in the bathroom during the night. There were also strange insect trails inside kitchen drawers and the sink and tap area. So for obvious reasons I booked another hotel in the morning and contacted the property by what's up (as this is how the got in touch) and via Expedia chat. I explained the property very politely that there was an obvious issue at the apartment and we couldn't stay another night as we have booked two nights. The property manger told us that us we have booked via Expedia directly they couldn't provide a refund directly and that we should contact Expedia first and make arrangements. After a few weeks of waiting Expedia got in touch to say that the property had denied our request for compensation for the night we didn't stay! Awful experience and customer service on both sides!

Lägenheter mer än hotellrum. De två jag hyrde hade två dubbelrum plus bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Hyfsat välutrustat kök. Mycket bra läge. Aningen lyhört, man hörde allt som pågick i trapphuset. Ok wifi.

Great place & location
We booked here very last minute, within an hour we managed to check-in, very easy to communicate though whatapp & straight forward to get into the property. Clean aprament with everything you could possibly need 😊

Prettig appartement, prima locatie en goeie communicatie met eigenaren. Voelde me er meteen thuis. Keuken goed uitgerust, alles zag er netjes uit. Enige minpunt vond ik kleine douchecel zonder plankje om shampoo etc op te zetten. Fijn verblijf gehad en ik zou zeker teruggaan

En general todo correcto, todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable, la ubicación excelente de la zona centro, la playa esta a 20 minutos en coche... Lo malo! Me aloje en un primero que daba a la calle, el trafico muy intenso, parecia que estaban dentro del apartamento, desde las 6/7 de la mañana imposible dormir, camiones, motos,coches..... La puerta de la calle, cada vez que se cerraba retumba el apartamento... Pero por lo demas, muy recomendable..

Confortevole, ma con accorgimenti da fare.
L'appartamento era già pronto al nostro arrivo (alle 14.30) nonostante fosse segnalato alle 16. provvisto di tutto il necessario, carino e confortevole, Ottima la posizione vicino al mercato centrale e alle principali attrazioni di Valencia. La pulizia della cucina poco approfondita (macchie sui pensili e cassetti...) e da rivedere anche quella dei tendaggi (macchie di caffé sulla tenda centrale); il divano poco confortevole (notevolmente sprofondato nella parte centrale). Organizzazione chiave buona, inviato messaggio per codice porta e cassetta (la chiave da non lasciare nella cassetta perché non è ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento!!!)

El apartamento está bien situado,en el casco histórico de la ciudad y te permite conocer los lugares más importantes .Pero necesita cuidar los detalles ( puerta corredera del baño que no funciona, escurridor de menaje oxidado etc) para que la estancia sea agradable.
