The hotel next door definitely has drug activity. Our floor was filthy. It had rained, so i wiped up water and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor. It looked like dried poop on the floor in the corner, Dirty fingerprints on the doors. They accept pets but the only place for the dogs to go potty was next to the main road. It was VERY loud. However, the staff was very friendly.

Could use some TLC

The first room we got smelled like old moldy beach/mop water. Gave me a headache so we asked to switch rooms and the front desk guy was super friendly and showed me two other rooms. First one again had that smell so the next one we moved to was no odor like that one. The bed was comfortable but needs renovation. Boards on windows and cracks around doors. The carts used by staff are completely unsanitary and saw a maid with a dirty mop. Towels and bed linens put on outside air conditioners while room is cleaned. Front desk gentleman and his wife were some of the nicest people.

While the staff was nice and helpful, the room was not terribly clean. Linens and mattresses were clean but there was dirt in the corners of the room and the bathroom was in poor material condition. My son ran around barefoot on the floor (no carpet) and his feet would get absolutely filthy.

There is a sign on the door that says to lock deadbolt for your protection, but the deadbolt did not work. The faucet in the shower was coming off the wall. There was very little water, and it was tricky turning it off. The toilet seat/lid were not clean. Towels were stained. Check-in process was easy. Vending machine was stocked. Bed and floor in the room appeared to be clean. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.
