Door had large gap allowing cold air to blow into room all night on a 30 degree night. Supposed to be non smoking room but smelled and there was an ashtray in the room. Faucet was wobbly and shower water was warm but not hot.

Bugs in the bathroom, door wasnt secured so didnt close right. Got a no smoking room and smelled like nothing but smoke. Holes in the walls, paint chipping pictures missing off the walls, fire dector missing

The property is as falling apart soon as I paid I got a refund they stairs had just been patched up they have gaping holes under the second floor walkway

HORRIBLE, DONT STAY
It was a horrible trip. Room was dirty, door did not lock, and smelled like smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The guy that attended did not know what was going on and was half asleep and was complaining the entire time he was getting me the room. We booked online for 4 people 2 bedroom, but he said we had to get 2 rooms due to his limitations on computer. End of story we left.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! This is the most horrendous motel I’ve ever booked. The room had cockroaches coming out of the wall, and there was horrible mold and fungus smell in the room. We had to leave as soon as we walked in and find another hotel for the night. The pictures online are deceiving and very inaccurate to the point that it almost feels like a scam. The area where this hotel is also very skittish. I do not recommend staying or booking this hotel at all. I claimed dispute through Expedia because they wouldn’t refund my money.

The 1st room we were assigned - the door did not lock - 2nd room assignment was missing a chair - the coffee pot did not work - if you wanted to watch TV - you had to unplug the microwave- no phone in room to contact desk area - if something was wrong or you needed assistance you had to go down a flight of stairs and walk halfway around the building to get to the office - cockroaches and other bugs - the rooms smelled old and very musty and last but not least this was listed as a breakfast was included - there was no breakfast- when asked about this issue we were told they had a new owner and they were making some changes- also there was not a safety lock on the door so you had to prop a chair under the handle over night - I wish I could have gotten a full refund for this stay but was unable to do so- I would think that Expedia could and should vette these places better

It took almost 2 hours to check in because the reservation was not on their system. After several phone calls to your company the motel receptionist let us have a room which was completely disgusting. The door didn`t close properly and therefore would not lock. The window was not fixed correctly and we had to make our own bed as the blanket was underneath the top sheet. We had reserved 5 nights but left after one. No one was on duty so we posted the keycards. We therefore would like a four night refund. I can prove the other four nights were spent elsewhere.

The lady didn't want to look up our reservation than finally got that fixed got to the room and you could smell mold. There was no breakfast and the front desk was closed from 12am-6am. Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

The room was dirty and had to be recleaned. Sheets had stains on them and there was an attitude about changing them. Only 2 outlets worked in the room. the walls had crayon scribbles on them and was visibly dirty. The air conditioner could only be cut on or off, and it didnt work good. They had no sugar for the coffee they left in the room. I had a smoking room and there was no ashtrays.

The staff attempted to be as helpful as possible, the things that were wrong was definitely not their fault. The property was extremely unkept, filthy, unsanitary, there were roaches, I just wouldn't recommend this property.

Dirty, NO breakfast, toilet was broken so you couldn't even sit on it safely, no ice to purchase from machine. Electric plugs not covered, dangerous situation. Not even compensated for not receiving a breakfast as advertised, worst hotel I have ever been in absolutely disgusting.

We went there because it was cheap and had a pool but once we got there the pool had no water. We needed the pool bc of our kids.

We checked in. Huge flies in the room, could see daylight ( 2 inch gap door and door frame) broken / missing half of security door lock, floors filthy. Complained and was offered another room or refund. We looked at the other room - which was just as bad so we decided for refund and leave; however, the hotel could only refund their portion and we must contact Expedia for the rest and we have been unable to reach Expedia for this to occur. Very disappointed as this trip stay was for a loved ones funeral

I didn't like how the door to my room didn't close tightly to the frame of the door. It was very loud on the second floor. The second floor needed more lighting and better staircase. It was missing alot on this property. It was loud from other people blaring their music very late at night. The one night and im very glad only staying one night at this place. I dont recommend it at all. Plus the bathroom was very small and shower was small to turn around in it when showering.

Honest review- won’t return
The customer service was alright. Although the employee’s children (3) under 10yrs were there running around. The hotel itself is not up to code. It is honestly scary like you need to watch your car all night feeling. There were outlet wires hanging, shaky door knobs, stained bedding, and such. I think it is a temporary stay as several people were sitting outside their doors with plants out front. Not something most would bring on a one night stay. While it looks like they are holding on thread trying to keep it going it needs a total makeover. Some things offered are not available such as pool and continental breakfast. Everything turned out fine by morning, but the advertising is definitely deceiving.

Room stinks. Toilet doesn't flush. Too much of garbage, construction debris. No coffee. Good AC. Ok towels. Asked for room freshener. She gave some home made spray bottle didn't work. Will never ever go to this place.

About what I expected for $50
Attendants were very friendly. Nice. About what I'd expect for a $50 stay. I only killed 3 bugs but none were roaches so that's good. The biggest thing was the non smoking room reeked of smoke. I kind of expected this. Again. $50. Ceiling looked like it was falling apart by door. Hot water and pressure was very good. Updated shower stall. Paint job horrible. Just covered spots. Again, $50 room.

The Motel need to be shut down, One if the worst places I have ever stayed at . The desk clerk was nice but that was the only thing positive about the place, we couldn't get any extra towels there wàs 3 people in our room, 1 was my 6 year old Granddaughter, the room was the worst ever there was holes in the walls, the water to took a good 5 minutes to get warm, no water pressure in the shower, and the sheets on the bed were stained and wrinkled something horribly. The door looked like it had been kicked in 1 time to many, so for our safety my husband stayed woke the entire night, in case someone tried to break into the room. Had I not prepaid on Expedia for the room we would have gotten a refund and stayed somewhere else. They need to take down the pictures and show the pictures of the actual room, warn people for what they are really in for with a stay a to the Motel.

The property is in terrible condition. The door to our room would not close completely and the security latch was hanging from the door rendering it useless. We requested another room and that door had the same issue and the room had a very foul odor, therefore we decided to stay elsewhere. I’ve stayed at many econo lodges over the years and never had any issues, but this one needs an overhaul.

Dirty room
The 1st room we were given the key didn't work. They gave us a 2nd key and it didn't work. The gave us another room, when we opened the door the beds weren't made and the room was dirty and smelled of smoke. We returned the key and told the clerk and didn't stay. We will never stay there.
