Staff was friendly, room was fairly clean and there was a coin-operated laundry facility, very helpful. However, issues were with a strong musty odor in bathroom and no elevator. We were on second floor and had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs.

Lights on property didn’t work. Says room has microwave but does not. TV did not have HDMI cable in order to watch TV. Asked front desk lady and she just smiled and said sorry there was nothing she could do. Never staying here again.

Creo que ya explique. No pude encontrar el motel 6 con las direcciones que dan , así que tube que rentar otro hotel en Floresville. Lo único que quiero es que me devuelvan el dinero que cobraron en la tarjeta.

Never again

Terrible experience. I was placed on the ground floor due to having too many bags. As a result, I ended up not being able to sleep at all due to the constant banging and noise coming from the upstair rooms. The front desk didn't do anything to stop it. The bed was ridiculously hard. And the bathtub had balls of hair stuck on the sides of the shower. That was utterly nasty. This may not be a luxury hotel, but it should by all means be clean and care about their guests enough to manage the noise.

Its been awhile since I've stayed at this hotel and I thought maybe they would've cleaned and taken care of the property better. Well I was wrong, it was dirty as I was walking up stairs stains on the carpet like they hadnt been cleaned EVER. The water smelled bad, sheets had stains as well. Definitely wont be going back.

Pésimo servicio

Estuvimos 4 días, de los cuales solamente 1 fueron hacer servicio al cuarto. La recamarera pasó 1 día a las 9:00am pidiendo hacer limpieza cuando aún estábamos descansando. Las cobijas quemadas y viejas. Y ni se diga baño. Las llaves se desprograma y teníamos k ir a que las activaran cada día. Solo 1 jabón tuvimos y las toallas viejas. Muy mala experiencia

A HERD of Elephants above us

We were in town for some business and needed a place to lay our heads and sleep. I've stayed at many Motel 6 establishments and was very satisfied. This one, oh my.. the little guy checking me in was more interested in his activity on his laptop/tablet. The people above us must have had a herd of elephants in their room, ALL thru the night there were "kids" jumping, running, jumping, stomping, running. It was HORRID!! Sleep was not easy, between the uncomfy beds, the flat pillows and excessive noise from above! The sign said breakfast at no extra ...by 7:30 there had been NO breakfast or even coffee set out.

Should have paid my guys the money I spent

The stay was sub par, the staff was told the room would be booked for 2 people a day guy and night guy. The night guy wasn't given a room key and slept in his truck. Extended the stay for my guys and just found out the hotel has been without water for the past day. Terrible experience all around

Our room was serviced while we were hon but only one bed was fixed instead of both. Our check out time was at 11am but staff was trying to come into the room before that.
