We appreciate your opinion but this is an outdated property that can not uphold physical facelift but it is clean, painted, neat, and safe. The bathroom door is absolutely a concern and we hear you. Hello James,Hello James,Thank you for your multiple feedbacks. I believe you have the wrong property sir. Free breakfast is always served between the hours 7am-9am. I am sorry if you were not able to wake up on time for a Jimmy Dean sandwich. For the last 2 years we have removed our entire dining and turned it into a VERY CLEAN lobby, for we only have a Grab-N- Go breakfast so you may enjoy it at your own leisure in your room. Hello Heidi,We value your feedback and will use it to make improvements in our service and facilities. We're sorry to hear about the sink leakage that required you to change rooms. Maintenance issues like this should be promptly addressed. As for the location, I believe that goes unnoticed as you enter our parking lot. That is a given that it may be a possibility that this location is "not good, too noisy". 20 more would have not gotten you a Best Western, but it was an option across the street. You may experience a stay with them next time if you want to spend addition 100 with no guarantee of problems. Best of luck with your travels.Safe Travels.
