Desk person was friendly and courteous. Room was clean but dusty, the old worn out hide-a-bed was leather and surface was worn or torn off of the arms and other places. We did not use it or need it but was an eyesore in the room. Bed was comfortable but the "feel" of the room was cold as it looked like it was designed for the furniture to be in a different place, or for 2 beds or something else.

The worst bed I've slept in: Squeeked when sat on. Firm tending to hard. Mattress felt like a box spring. No lights beside the head of the bed. Was told all the rooms are like that. Ice maker not working. Continental breakfast was meager. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Clean room, bed was comfortable but pillows are tiny, breakfast was skimpy. I have stayed there twice within 6 months and their elevator is constantly broken which requires a walk up 3 flights if stairs if on 3rd floor. More of an annoyance than anything. Staff is friendly and price is affordable.
