Great location but apartment is EXTREMELY small. Bathroom/showers are tiny, kitchenette is a nice amenity but we didn't use it - we would have but you can barely move around the room with your luggage.

It would have been nice studio, but two things happened: 1) The building elevator takes you directly into your room and it's located maybe 2 feet from your bed so you can hear the elevator going up and down all night. 2) The electricity kept going out every couple of hours in the apartment for no apparent reason, we had to reset the breaker box a couple of times

Nice studio and location! No shuttle or cleaning!
Great apartment studio and great location, short walk to the beach and central areas! The only thing is on Hotels.com it says they have an airport shuttle and daily housekeeping and that is false.

Don't stay here - the manager is rude!
The hotel broke my suitcase as we left it there that morning before checking in later that day. On discussing this, the manager was very rude and also didn't provide the correct room that we had booked. I would not stay here again!

Great location, decent lodging
Area is amazing-- so many great things outside your doorstep. Apartment is quite small but comfortable. The only frustrating part of our stay was that we received no instructions about how to check in. So we hauled our suitcases on public transportation to the apartment, only to find it empty with a sign saying that the main rental office was in an adjacent neighborhood. So we hauled our stuff to the rental office, checked in, and then hauled our stuff all the way back. More clear instructions would have been really helpful.

Rigtig fin dejlig lille lejlighed. Perfekt beliggenhed, fin stand og pæn og ren. Dog skal man være obs på, at der ikke er håndsæbe eller bodyshampoo. Men der er opvaskemiddel og ting til at lave mad. :-)

Good Location
Strange set up. Elevator inside the room and can hear this going up and down all night from other guests in building. 2 single beds pushed together. Extremely small. they do not clean the room or change towels sheets etc.

Good... could be better
We loved that we were really central to everything. We were actually moved to another apartment due to there being no water in the other apartment so was very accommodating. Pillows however were very uncomfortable, satellite channels did not work, hot water runs out fast, we also lost WiFi connection for an entire day. The streets are noisy so if you looking for something quieter this is not the area for you.

My sister and I loved the studio apartment, it was clean and in very good condition. The kitchenette area is very convenient and doesn't take up too much space. We stayed in June and were thankful for the AC in the room. My only criticism would be that the room was not cleaned during our stay because we only stayed for 4 nights, which is somewhat understandable, but when we asked for more (clean) towels to be dropped off we were told no because the limit is two towels for two people.

The location can't be beat. Right in the Born neighborhood, a short walk to the beach or the Gothic quarter. Great restaurants just downstairs in the same building. It's a small set of rooms - the elevator opens right into the room. The room is nothing special. It was very small. There is a balcony, but it was small and was used to store cleaning supplies. You'd be able to walk out onto it without the cleaning supplies there, but, as is, there's not enough room to walk out onto it. There were ants in the room. Very little shower pressure. Shower door was missing it's handle. No toiletries. No safe. The room is only cleaned after your stay, not daily. Three stars seems like a stretch to me. Good wifi though. You have to go to a separate office to check in. It's not far, so no big deal, except the check-in communication was a little off. We were early, but were told the room would be ready at 1:30. We got our keys at 2:30 and walked about 10 minutes to the room. It was still being cleaned. We were told to come back at 3pm. Not a big deal, but a little poorly managed.

Lovely flat in the heart of the action
So close to Museu Picasso and Barcelonetta! Lively part of town late into the night. We had a great time but if you go to bed early, it might be too loud for your taste.

Dusty and cold, but perfectly situated.
Not clean (very dusty), cold (no heating) and no soap/shampoo, no wine opener (broken), no complimentary water (badge only, no water) and no pot to heat milk (only frying pans (two!)). Location fantastic, quiet, close to everything and nice little balcony. Service at office very nice. Not really worth the price.

Location was great in the center of El Born!
There were a lot of nice little tapas restaurants near our Hotel. Within 3 minutes walking distance you can easily find several tapas restaurants.

Tolles Studio in bester Lage.
Wirklich ein super Aufenthalt in bester Lage. Nahe am Strand, nahe an der Basilika. Einfach traumhaft. Nahe an der Metro. Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank und keinen deutschen Sender im Fernsehen. Zu verkraften. Immer wieder gerne.

Not comfortable!
The bed was extremely hard and the elevator that opens directly into the room had me nervous all the time! One time the cleaning staff opened the elevator onto us sleeping, we also walked in on them cleaning our room without notice. Check in is super tricky. You need to go to the main building for check in which wasn't specified. Therefore I carried my 23kg backpack between the apartment and the main office, which was about 500 metres either way! Check in staff were good, even watched our bags while we explored Barcelona before check in!

Sorry but its specified in expedia that the check in is done in the main reception in order to make it easier and give better service like free luggage storage until anytime, etc..reception is just 5 minutes from the apartment. Really not easy to find. A better map / guidance to the apartment would have been good. Tiny place, and the balcony was a joke with 4 heaters (from ditto air conditionars in the house). The surroundings were very ok, though: living just in the middle of everything of interest.

Bra läge men inte så mycket mer
Vi bodde här 7 nätter och hade en helt okej vistelse. Man checkar in på ett ställe ca 5-10 min bort från själva huset man bodde i. När vi checkade in var personalen hur trevlig och hjälpsam som helst men när vi återkom till receptionen för frågor de andra dagarna kände vi oss inte alls särskilt välkomnade. Vi fick ingen städning eller byte av handdukar/bädd av säng alls så efter den fjärde natten gick vi och sa till. Då var de i receptionen mest irriterade och sa att vi bodde på ett lägenhetshotell, och därför skulle man inte förvänta sig något. Vi fick iallafall våra handdukar bytta till slut, något som stod i att det skulle göras dagligen i broschyren på rummet... Läget på rummet var det som var bäst, 10-15 min promenad till både stranden, La ramblas och Placa de Catalunya. Mysiga "gamla stan"-gator omkring med massa härliga restauranger. Dock lite skumma gränder på natten så se till att gå i på de "större" gatorna och inte genom de mörka gränderna. Sängen var hård men inget vi störde oss på. Vi fick bo på översta våningen, och hade ett rum helt utan utsikt (fönstren satt uppe vid taket). Vi trodde även att vi skulle få en balkong men fick en ca 1 kvadratmeter stor terass fylld med allas air-condition-fläktar som brummade högt och var väldigt varma, så man kunde inte vara ute på terassen (air-conditionen var för övrigt väldigt bra). Så om ni kan önska något i bokningen önska att ni slipper att bo på våningen högst upp. Wi-fi:et på rummet funkade bra hela tiden.

Vi hämtade nycklarna på ett ställe hos en trevlig receptionist som erbjöd sig att följa med oss till vår lägenhet som låg fem minuter bort. Vi tackade nej och tänkte att vi hittar själva. Det gjorde vi inte, utan frågade oss runt och till slut hittade vi. Tips - om de erbjuder hjälp, ta den! Rummet var litet men räckte gott och väl för oss. Stor säng, men platta kuddar. Det är faktiskt det enda minuset. I övrigt är vi väldigt nöjda med läget och lägenheten.

Läget är helt klart bäst med den här lägenheten. Rummet har det man behöver även om storleken inte är så stor. Skulle kunna tänka mig att återvända!
