Reception inesistente, bagno senza bidet, televisione non funzionante, ambiente molto umido e rumoroso. Colazione pubblicizzata ma mai fatta anche perché non c’è un luogo per farla. La biancheria da bagno viene cambiata solo per soggiorni superiori ai 3. C’è tantissimo da migliorare!!!

The room provided was inconveniently small. Poorly constructed. No windows, no room to move around or to place luggage. Parking was not available. the closest parking was 40 euros per night. The toilet ran all night which did not allow us to get any sleep.

Even though there was a message to inform the owner in advance of arrival time I never received an answer. It was easy to enter. The welcome letter was pretty confusing, in English, even though I messaged the owner in Italian in advance. It mentioned services we did not have included, like breakfast and I would have never reached out to ask for it if it was not mentioned in the welcome letter, please remove info that does not concern all your guests, especially when you are called B&B. Tight stairs going up the room, you can barely squeeze if you have a luggage and not just a backpack. Room was very small, walls were dirty, no windows and this should be specified on the site. Communication with the owner was minimal and unpleasant, no hello’s, no thank you, no initiated communication. We stayed additional 3 nights in Naples in a similar property with a similar price, the service was stellar in comparison. I didn’t see value for the money I paid with this property.

There was a problem with the room that I actually booked so the owner offered me a room in a different location. I accepted and thought the location wasn’t the one I had in mind the place and the room were amazing!! We enjoyed our stayed a lot at the maison du la metro. The place was impeccable, the room had a private bathroom with hot water, the room had air conditioning and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely come back here.

The room was good, I haven’t spoken to any person only by intercom when I arrived, the place was clean, I have three critics, not easy to find, pillows were terrible and the room have a nice window on the entrance door but it leaked all the light from the hallway when other guests arrive to their rooms, besides that it’s what you expect for the price

C'è stato un problema con la camera ma la proprietaria ci ha chiamato il giorno prima per chiederci se per noi fosse un problema cambiare struttura, offrendoci un'altra camera in un'altra loro struttura. Per questo la recensione è legata al soggiorno in Maison de la Metro. Comunque per il resto tutto buono.

Perfect for 2 nights but not a B&B
This isn’t a B&B - no breakfast provided and she changed the address of our booking which made us walk back to the train station and go to another destination. Location in new destination was good though in the end.

A sour taste of Naples.
Breakfast (reheated microwaved baked goods), not worth paying extra for. Room size & cleanliness good, bathroom very small. We had an issue with the electric & not sufficient hot water which the owner tried to resolve (initial we were told it was our fault for overloading the system) but the next day we were told it was due to a faulty hot water boiler. This slightly soured our break in Naples. Bed was hard & we found it uncomfortable.

Fica localizado numa zona bastante central. Perto de tudo! Os quartos são agradáveis. O único senão foi para o pequeno almoço que deixou muito a desejar. Não havia pão, nem fiambre, nem queijo. Apenas bolos de dias anteriores.

Very spacious apartment, just a few meters from the subway and bus stops, but in a very quiet street. The street also has a few restaurants. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. The bed was super confortable, but the sheets were a bit rough on the touch - with a more soft one, it would be one of the best sleeps of my trip. The apartment is all renovated, the bathroom is a bit tight. The shower area is quite tight, but manageable - they just need to add a support for shampoos and soap (they have their own container with it, which I dont really use) to avoid opening the box door and spilling water on the floor. All in all, I would go back.

Vi fik et værelse uden vinduer, meget lyt og i et område hvor man ikke tænker at det ligger et B&B. Vi mødte aldrig ejeren, der lå bare en nøgle til os så vi blev lukket ind, og da vi prøvede at kontakte dem og sige at vi skulle tjekke tidligt ud og gerne ville afregne inden, til vi besked på at vi skulle indrette os og at de først kunne være der kl 8 da morgenmaden blev serveret

Were placed at a different hotel
We were notified by the owner a few days before arrival, that the room we had booked was windowless and that we could switch to her other establishment called Maison du la Metro, which had windows, was a bigger room and had a better location according to the owner. Which we thought was a great offer, so we took it :) On hindsight we think Du la Rua had a better location. The place we stayed had a lot of sketchy people and alleyways. However the check in went smoothly and the breakfast was fine (even though we didn’t get to have breakfast on the last day?). It would also have been nice if the staff knew a few words of English

ロケーションがいい、細い階段を上って3階の部屋
当方、東南アジア～ヨーロッパを1人旅、ホテルにお金をかけるより現地で遊びに使いたいというタイプですので、それを前提にお読みください。 ナポリに到着したのが夜の11時だったこともあり、タクシーを使いました。 地下鉄だと1駅ですが、タクシーで夜15€しました。 入口がとてもわかりにくく、夜徒歩で初めて来るとわかりにくいと思います。 タクシードライバーもわからずに、近くに賑わっているレストランに聞いていました。 ロケーションも地下鉄の駅から徒歩5分ぐらいのところにあり、港までも10分かからずに行けて、どこに行くのも便利でした。 治安はナポリですので、夜遅く歩かない、用心をするのであれば悪い感じの印象はありません。 近くスーパーマーケット、レストラン等もありお土産、食料品の調達に困ることはありませんでした。 スタッフは常駐していません、鍵がテーブルの上に置いてあります。 部屋が人が1人通れる細い階段を上がった3階にあります、大きいスーツケースの方は上がるのに苦労をすると思います。 部屋は十分に広いと思います。ただシャワーが写真のようなタンクの分のお湯しかないのだと思います。出しっぱなしでシャワーを浴びると1人分ぐらいしかないので、それ以上使用すると水になります。複数人数で宿泊する時は工夫がいると思います。 また、朝食は甘いクロワッサンが一つ、それ以外は甘い小さいケーキが何種類か置いてあるだけでした。飲み物は4種類ぐらいありますが、無くてもいいぐらいな感じでした。 2日間泊まりましたが、毎朝違うスタッフでした。私が宿泊した時のスタッフはあまり愛想がいいとは言えませんでしたが、悪くはありませんでした。 1泊した後、アマルフィに1泊宿泊し、またナポリに戻った時に同じホテルにしていたので、アマルフィに行っている間、スーツケースを預かってもらいました。 スタッフが常駐していないので、紙に書いて置いて行きましたが預かってもらえてよかったです。 総合すると食事以外は快適でしたので、次回ナポリに来た時も泊まると思います。

The property is in a good location for a short trip to Naples, near the port and historic buildings, and fairly priced. The breakfast however was quite limited and the pillows had marks on. If arriving late, be aware that the outside signage is quite small so it was a bit hard to find. The shower was very good and the bed was comfortable.

No es hotel! Cuidado pésima experiencia!
Primero no es hotel, es rbb, fachada fatal calle llena de talleres, escalera pequeña empinada para llegar con maletas a habitaciones, habitación sin ventana, dijeron parqieadero y no había, salimos decepcionados totalmente por una fatal experiencia.

Check in was fairly difficult. We had communicated our time of arrival as per the instructions but unfortunately no one was around to meet us when we arrived. The rooms can also be quite noisy but otherwise, our stay here was good with the rooms being clean and the hotel well located. Staff were also very friendly

Assim como muitas formas de acomodações na Itália, este bed and breakfast só tem funcionário em parte do dia, no caso deste, é a própria proprietária, Stephania, porém ela deixa o contato caso precisemos de algo. O estabelecimento possui 3 quartos, o nosso era o Superior room, muito grande, espaçoso e limpo. O banheiro era pequeno mas atendeu bem as nossas necessidades. A proprietária não fala muito inglês, mas tem muito boa vontade em ajudar. Fica no centro histórico e se consegue ir a pé as principais atrações. Meu único ponto de melhoria seria para o café da manhã, acho que ele deveria ter menos itens doces e a inclusão de alguma coisa salgada.. mesmo que fosse somente um pão e manteiga, para não afetar o preço da diária....pois apesar de ter muitos itens para se comer, todos são doces( croissant, donuts, bolo) e acredito que os breakfasts devam agradar todos os viajantes, não só os locais... brasileiros por exemplo comem algo salgado no café da manhã. Apesar de nã ter funcionários, ela autoriza que se faça o check in( impreterivemlmente as 10h) e se deixe as malas no local.
