This was a very interesting place. Quite eccentric. We were greeted by a porcelain doll. We met Lobito the cat who came to visit us in our room a few times. A home converted into a B&B. Friendly service.

Life at Blumenhaus B&B.
The room was equipped with a portable gas heater. My wife did not feel comfortable with it. So we did not have heat, and it was quite cold at night. spaceThe room had two bunk beds that we did not need. This took up a lot of space, which made the room cramped. The bathroom was very cramped, but adequate in other respects. We had access to a dining area and to a refrigerator and a microwave oven, but we did not have access to a stove or kitchen sink. The hosts were helpful and friendly.

In response to your comment we must say that you were the one who chose that room which is the most economical room with external private bathroom, which has 20 mts2 with 3 bunk beds and 1 single bed, gas heating, conventional TV. It also has access to a private external terrace. This type of room is taken in particular by young people who come in a group and it is not the profile of an older couple looking for better comfort with a double bed and private bathroom as what you needed when you had the possibility to ask for a room change and pay the difference and did not. On the other hand we must clarify that we are a Bed & Breakfast and not a Hostel so we do not offer service of use of kitchen, we only offer the possibility of heating prepared food and the washing of dishes we do and we take advantage of orienting other guests so that Before booking a room read the description and see the pictures so that they know what they are booking and do not have surprises afterwards.

Muchas gracias por las observaciones, lo de la chapa sì lo tenemos contemplado cambiar y en cuanto a lo de la televisiòn, otras habitaciones màs amplias y con baño privado ensuite ya las tienen incorporadas, pero por las caracterìsticas de la habitaciòn donde estuvieron no podemos poner una t.v. lcd aùn, de todas maneras valoramos mucho sus comentarios ya que nos ayuda a mejorar los servicios cada vez màs. Saludos y hasta una pròxima visita.

Como se estivesse em casa, perfeito!
Eu, a esposa e duas filhas ficamos 3 dias neste hotel. Não poderíamos ter escolhido lugar melhor, foi como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa. Tudo perfeito, desde as condições do quarto, a segurança do local, a internet, a localização bem próxima do metrô e, principalmente, a atenção e gentileza dos donos. Antes de chegarmos a Santiago já estavam nos contactando no Watzap e se colocando a disposição para tudo,a qualquer hora. Foram dias muito agradáveis. Abraço imenso aos amigos Silvana e Herman.

Great location close to everything
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff was great combined with their delicious breakfast where perfect.

Muito boa. Os donos eram muito gentis e cordiais, nos deram muitas dicas de locais e tours a serem vistos. Muito amigáveis.

Viaje por motivos de trabajo
5 días por razones de trabajo. Zona con mucha facilidad para aparcar (importante si tienes un coche alquilado y no quieres gastar 10 - 15 $ al día en concepto de parking). Gente muy amable y agradable. La habitación tiene wifi y enchufes pero no tiene mesa para trabajar. En invierno es una habitación fría.
Estimado Alberto fue un gusto tenerte con nosotros , con el WhatsApp que te dimos y donde nos mantenaimos conectados, pudiste pedirnos una mesa plegable para trabajar si tenemos desde ahora la dejamos en la habitación , por otra parte la habitación si cuenta con calefacción y muchas mantas para el frio es un comentario muy subjetivo lo que es frio para algunos no lo es para otros por eso contamos con alternativas para suplir el invierno Santiaguino.
