I didn’t get to basically view the property cause ai didn’t stay. I booked a room online and paid for it. When I got there 15 minutes later they said they didn’t have the room available that I chose. Had to go to another hotel

We arrived close to midnight and I was concerned that would be an issue but we were able to check right in with great help. I had made the reservation only a few hours before when we were on the road and our usual stay, Embassy Suites, was double the usual rate so I figured I would try to save on cost since it was already going to be an expensive weekend eating out, games, etc. We rented the one bedroom suite as we prefer a separate bedroom. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been cleaned as there were fresh linens on the bed but there was an opened soda bottle on the kitchenette counter and some fried food crumbs on the floor next to the bed. The AC was really cold at night which we love but the pull out bed did not have any pillows or additional blankets other than the bed sheets that were on it. The main bed was not very comfortable (and I don't mind hard beds). There was a large continental breakfast, although we did not take part in but it smelt great. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was convenient and worked for our purpose of going to an Os game and visiting family but I will pay the extra and stay at our usual spot next time.

Room was rather worn. One of the pictures had broken glass. Lots of dings in the walls. TV took 5 seconds to go to the next channel. However, it was very clean and the staff was good. Good water pressure in the shower.

Main entrance bulbs was fused, no proper breakfast at 8:30 AM left , when asked lady she said we are finished already and only some bagel and some apples left for vegeterian option. No Cereals or milk at all

Check in was satisfactory. Upon entry to my room, there was a Fleck of something on the carpet . There was also a curly hair stuck to the bathroom wall, which was disgusting. The switch plates and fixtures are old and yellow and dingy looking. The dresser furniture is very short like that of what a handicap accessible would look like. The toilet is also very low to the floor. The lobby coffee urn was empty at 8:30 AM and the breakfast dining area had very few choices for breakfast . I cannot speak for all rooms here at the country Inn and suites but the one I’m in needs updating. I checked out on 3/29/24. I’m due a partial refund.

The staff was great but there was a smoke smell coming from my vent the whole weekend that gave me a headache. My bathroom wasn’t cleaned well; there was hair on the shower rim and product on the shower floor and walls. I also had electrical issues with the TV and one of the lights.

The "continental breakfast" was bare minimum, the staff clearly did not want to be there, and the hair dryer and coffee machines in the room were inoperable. Overall, it was a sad stay.

It's obvious that the hotel is an older property, being renovated a kept clean and updated. Proximity to BWI is awesome. Comfy beds. The A/C is not the most modern, and thunks as it goes on/off. Lots of hot water. Some narks of damafe to some of the furniture have been repaired as good as possible. I would come back.

The Country inn and Suites is a great place to stay. Solid management who does a great job hiring excellent personnel. Also, this hotel has clean carpets and doesn't smell like smoke!

The rooms needed serious renovation. Mostly the bathroom. Faucets were hard to turn. The diverter from tub to showe3r it not fully work, had water coming out of both. Shower had little water pressure

They initially put us in a room that already had people in it, which wasn't great. They corrected their mistake, but the property is unimpressive. Scratchy sheets. Unimpressive breakfast. Okay for a night near the airport, but could be better for the money.

I had two issues, both minor, but aggravating. First, I called to ask about “park and fly” and the desk person was very helpful in explaining it, but failed to mention that you need to book it online to secure a spot. Since I did not know that, I found out that they were full and the service was not available. HOWEVER, they told me a bout a very convenient “park and fly” operation across the street, so kudos to the staff for that. The second issue was the TV - the remote did not work at all. I could not find the switch to turn the TV on, but the deck clerk came to the room to verify that the TV was not functioning so I could get a discount, and happened to find a power button on the back. That got the TV working, but the remote never did. I did not press that problem. So, high marks to the staff.

We chose the property by its location, shuttle service to BWI, and positive experiences at other Radisson properties. Radisson properties have nice furnishings and finishes that are welcoming and clean. The service from the Front Desk was superlative! When faced with a late-arriving shuttle driver and 6 traveling patrons who had early flights to catch, the manager was courteous, friendly, and reassuring. She made a point of contacting the driver when it seemed he should truly have already arrived. She never shared the issue-- to uphold the driver's credibility, but all was quickly resolved, and all arrived at the airport in good time. We tipped the driver ($40 total) so that he could truly know his service was appreciated, needed, and valued even when early calls affect his lifestyle, cost him gas, etc., to be there!

It was a very nice, clean, and aesthetic hotel with great rooms and comfortable beds. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lori and Kimberlee (not sure if I spelled their names correctly). The hot breakfast was very good, and it was fun to meet lively and friendly people at breakfast.
