Totally Recommend!
It felt like an oase, green scenery, quiet, peaceful, incredible staff, amazing breakfast, pool open till midnight and the gym was my favorite place. Also 30 min away from Como, great location. I totally recommend this hotel.

Design hotel - friendly staff.
I stayed at this hotel on business in the past and promised to bring my wife here. The high standard has not changed. Congratulations Andrea and team. The staff helpful and welcoming. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening. Excellent food.

Meh. Not a spa hotel as they charge €19 an hour!!!
The hotel itself was clean and pleasant but the included spa (as described) is an additional cost of 19 euros per hour which is a little extortionate in my opinion. Our room was listed as a suite but wasn’t any bigger than other hotel rooms I have stayed in. There were a few faults with our room which staff seemed uninterested in at checkout. The bathroom door was incredibly noisy and stiff, their was a huge amount of condensation on the ceiling & the electronic blind that kept everything nice and dark was stuck down. The breakfast was good - organic and local produce but it was served to you rather than you being able to pick what you wanted. The only thing you could choose were how you liked your eggs (the only hot product). The outside area was average. The pool is a plunge pool and very small. The beds outside are a good idea but were filthy when we went outside. Overall the stay was okay. I wouldn’t return in a rush.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel modern and clean with friendly staff. The restaurant offers good modern italian food. The hotel is located in the country side region of Brianza which is between Milan and Lake Como , you should calculate a good 45 min. drive to reach each of the two localities.

La possibilità di prenotare la Spa per un'ora rende quest'esperienza davvero speciale. L'hotel è un gioiello del design, ma in quanto tale l'ho trovato poco funzionale (es. non vi erano poggia saponi in doccia o poggia asciugamani in bagno)

Ottimo hotel design
Hotel molto bello, con camere ampie e luminose, linee contemporaneamente e materiali caldi come pietra e legno. Personale gentile e premuroso. Nonostante sia a circa 35min da Milano è una buona soluzione per chi viaggia per affari con appuntamenti nelle zone Nord della città. Colazione ricca.

Tries hard but falls short
The hotel is missing many basics - like a hook to hang your towels on. And how can a spa hotel not have a bathtub in the room? Lovely spa - but note that it must be booked in advance at an additional cost. Room was overly hot but luckily we could open our window with no noise. Minimal food / restaurant facilities in a town with zero food options make it difficult to recommend the hotel.

Sehr nettes Personal, englisch notwendig. Kleine Baeckerei um die Ecke, die dazugehört. Spaziergang vor Ort moeglich und recht schön. Parkplaetze vorm Haus. Entfernung zum Lago di como/lecco 40 min. mit Auto. Ausflug nach Bellagio sehr schön und Parkplaetze vorhanden. Essen im Hotel sehr gut, preislich gehoben. Frühstück gut, aber typisch italienisch- kein Kaese etc. SPA nicht genutzt- können immer nur 2 zur gleichen Zeit hinein und kostet pro Stunde 19 EUR. Fitness ok. Design toll aber eben weniger alltagstauglich- WC eckig und sehr unbequem:-) keine Hacken fuer Handtücher etc. Fuer Urlaub aber sehr schön. Aussicht nur auf grüne Baeume.

Cooles Zimmerdesign mit den Schiebetüren. Leider war die Qualität der Beschläge äusserst schwach: laut, rattern, Schienenstopper hielt die Türen nicht zurück. Aber das Konzept hat mir sehr gefallen.

Andrea and his team are awesome.
We had a reservation issue when we checked and had to stay at their sister property about 2 miles away. While we would have preferred to stay at the main hotel, Andrea and his staff took great care of us. They were apologetic and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They even drove us to and from dinner so we could enjoy some nice wine while not having to worry about driving. The food in the restaurant was very good. However, the highlight was the pastry shop next door that Andrea and his family have run for years. Oh my goodness, stay in the hotel just to make hanging in the shop more enjoyable! It was a highlight of our trip. If you are heading in our out of Milan it’s a great location. Much quieter and more relaxing than staying in the city and only 20 minutes to Lake Como.

Sehr kleines Hotel in Wohn-Gewerbeviertel
Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr klein. Es hat wohl nur 16 Zimmer (wenn ich mich nicht irrre) im 2. und 3. OG. Einmal mit Blick in den Garten ober über den Parkplatz in die Hügel (Gartensuiten sind gleich groß wie die Berg-Panorama-Zimmer, die direkt über den Eingangsbereich-Parkplatz mit bodentiefer Totalverglasung bis durch die offen im Raum stehende schöne Glasdusche hin zum Waschbecken einsehbar sind, wenn das Rollo oben ist). Im Garten gibt es ein paar Sonnenliegen und einen winzigen Pool sowie einen Whirlpool. Im 1. OG befindet sich das Spa. Dieses muss gegen extra Gebühr pro Stunde gebucht werden und kann nur von einer Partei (mit bis zu 8 Personen) auf einmal benutzt werden. Nachdem das Hotel wirklich klein ist, befindet sich der Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich gleich hinter der Rezeption mit 8 kleinen Tischen in einem kleinen Flur. Der dazugehörige kleine Vorgarten wurde mit ein paar Bux-Büschen vom Parkplatz abgeteilt. Aus Platzgründen kommt das Frühstück dann auch als Auswahl in einer Art Setzkastensystem. Für ein Buffet fehlt der Platz.
