직원들이 친절하고 전문 조경팀이 항상 호텔의 아름다움을 위하여 열심히 일하는 모습이 인상적이다. 여행자 거리와 후에역 중간에 위치하여 좋았으며 호텔이 조용하였다.

딱 그가격만큼임
단체관광객들이 많이오는곳 같아요. 수영장에 사람이 많아서 이용할 수 없었어요. 배정받은방에 개미가 너무 많았어요 리셉션에 얘기하니 바로 다른방으로 바꿔주었습니다. 주변사람들에겐 추천 안할것같아요.

호텔은 깔끔하고 시설도 좋았습니다. 하지만 시내에서 조금은 떨어진 곳에 위치하여 필요한 것을 구입하려면 조금 걸어가야 합니다.

Cozy, looking new but had 2 poor things that the neighbor(next room) was rude & noisy until 2330. & the other one was (maybe) a bed sheet. I got a rash on my 2 arms & neck. I am not sure but this was the first time that I have this kind of skin problem...(it's not a bug problem) Dare I assume that although the bed sheet was clean but the detergent was not fit my skin... But staffs, breakfast, bar, atmosphere was ok.

The checkin and pool area was nice and outstanding restaurant upstairs. Good lighting and room was clean. Some small touches would push the review to a 5, like cleaner cushions by the pool.

Super hôtel
Nous adorons cette hôtel. Nous étions déjà venus en 2020 et comme nous avions adoré cet endroit, nous avons décidé de revenir (2023). Tout est parfait, la piscine, la chambre, l’excellent petit déjeuner et la manager. Si nous revenons un jour à Hué, il est certain que nous reviendrons à cet endroit. Nous vous conseillons fortement cette place.

Excellente adresse
Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Emm hotel à Hué. L’hôtel est très beau et très propre. La piscine et les transats sont parfaits. Le petit déjeuner et très varié et très bon. Tout le personnel, en particulier la manager, sont très gentils et nous ont aidé durant notre séjour. Nous vous conseillons fortement cet hôtel.

宿泊料金が安かったので心配しましたが、サービス、設備、朝食すべて満足できるものでした。昼食。夕食も館内のレストラン（SPICE　VIET)を使い、落ち着いた雰囲気でおいしくいただきました。

Outstanding Service, spacious, clean
Big rooms, bright atmosphere, great breakfast and outstandingly helpful service! Clean, no technical defects, good location in Hue. I broke a leg befome my stay and they agreed to move a non refundable fixed booking by three weeks to help me, no charges. Exemplary customer orientation!

Hôtel à privilégier.
Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville mais au calme. La situation permet de profiter de Hué que nous avons bien aimé. Le personnel est souriant et disponible et la chambre au top. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Hué.

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés lors du checking car nous avions réservé en mars des chambres avec lit double et nous avons eu des chambres avec 2 lits simples. Nous étions déçus que notre demande faite il y a plusieurs mois n'ait pas été respectée. Neanmoins l'équipe a su se montrer conciliante, d'autres chambres nous ont été proposées le lendemain, conformes à notre demande. Nous avons été ravis qu' un geste commercial nous soit proposé pour le restautant atenant, dans lequel nous avons tres bien diné. Les chambres sont propres, la piscine agreable, et tres bon petit dejeuner.

The hotel is fairly well situated. The rooms (we had 2) were very comfortable, very well finished and clean. The WiFi was excellent. The pool area was a little small for the size of the hotel. The staff were OK. I was disappointed with the restaurant. I thought the meals they served (apart from breakfast) were pretty ordinary. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special.

This is a regular hotel. There is nothing very special about it but I have nothing bad to say either. Clean, buffet breakfast, pool etc. I would say that the rooms aren’t “soundproofed” as the ads say as they’re just regular rooms with general normal sounds coming in. Not sure what the “pillow menu” is either as we weren’t offered anything like this. Pool loses sun by around 3pm but we enjoyed it in the mornings. Location is a fair walk from the heart of Huê so we got taxis everywhere. Enjoyable relaxing stay.

En vérité, le séjour a commencé moyennement. Arrivé tardivement (après 22 heures) et ayant réservé la veille pour le lendemain, la personne chargée du check-in ne me trouvait pas dans ses registres. Elle m'a attribué une chambre au 8ème étage. La nuit a été dure, avec beaucoup de bruit (claquements de portes intempéstif). Heureusement, le lendemain matin, la responsable de l'accueil, qui parle un peu français, a pris les choses en mains : changement de chambre, organisation de mes excursions, conseils pertinents sur le programme de la journée. Appréciable. Le soir, après une journée bien remplie, la petite piscine est très rafraichissante. Un violent orage a éclaté pendant que je prenais l'apéritif en terrasse. Je ne peux que souligner la gentillesse et le sang-froid du personnel, qui continuait à s'occuper de moi alors que tout s'envolait autour de nous. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. On peut aller à la Cité Impériale à pieds (15 mn de marche) ou en taxi. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec un petit balcon ; la literie est bonne ; le wifi fonctionne bien. Le petit-déjeuner offre un très large choix. La salle est grande et bien agencée.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Schönes Hotel mit einem ordentlichen Standard. Zimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das eigene Restaurant zu empfehlen. Die Zitadelle von Hue ist unkompliziert nach einem 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Sonst ist die direkte Umgebung des Hotels nicht erwähnenswert. Auf Nachfrage hat das Hotel auch Tickets für die Weiterreise organisiert. Auch eine Buchung von Touren wird bei Bedarf angeboten. Ohne Einschränkungen weiterzuempfehlen.
