errible service We spent one night without heating We called the management, and they told us that in the morning We could talk to them, and they told us that because we used Expedia they couldn't refund us anything... that we should contract directly with them, That night the hotel was full and they couldn't move us to another room.

This was not like other extended stay locations I've stayed in. This area is kinda rough.... The room is falling apart but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept just fine before catching my flight out of the airport. There were a lot of smokers at this location.

The property was really dirty, everything was falling apart. The manager and staff really good service. Expida should not offer in the website hotels like this one. Do not stay in the Extended Stay in Albuquerque. I have a lot of pictures proving that I am not lying. The manager told me to contact Expidia and they will refund the money.

Not a happy camper!!!!
When arrived the front desk person appeared to be rude when asked about accessing payment with a card. Not much of a breakfast area. Asked for personal essentials, but had to go down to lobby to get them. I would think that a place like that & the price that was paid. That's the least that would been a little bit helpful 😕The elevator area needs to be cleaned, as well as the concrete area outside of it.

It was the convenient to the airport. Safe, but kind of lower end. Tiny rooms, broken TV remote. Not good for families. No coffee maker, 1 plastic cup. Night clerk was nice.

We arrived late at night and had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the “system was rebooting”. Then there was a homeless man camped next to the elevator, blocking our access to the stairs. Our bed was made without a top sheet, which when reported was remedied by having a sheet delivered to our room so that we could make our own bed. The pillows on the bed should have been replace months ago as they were lumpy and gross. I would never go to this hotel again, nor would I suggest that anyone else do so.
