The hotel is located in a very large area that is across the road from the beach. Aside from that, everything else is less than pleasing. The facilities need to be updated asap. Our hotel room did not have a working AC for the top room which was the one that needed it the most. Ants were everywhere in all rooms, the bed was very hard and and everything was old. No microwave and no fridge. We will definitely not be coming back.

The room was dirty no shower curtains in the showers no towels no ac its just air. The room smelled alot of rust and mold and then on top of that it was so uncomfortable. The activities are so far away from each other its time consuming

Great stay
Friendly staff, all inclusive drinks and food all you any to consume. Events for the guest all day long. 2 bedroom villas one is up stairs with very narrow stair way, not sure if you can get a big suitcase up there (or might be very hard to do so). NO WIFI IN ROOMS, it states that on info but only wifi in lobby a nice wall to get there depending where your villa is. You can visit the beach by crossing a bridge that belongs to resort only. But no umbrellas or chairs once you get to beach. They do have a bar next to beach for your drinks, and a restaurant that open certain hours at the beach. Food: Not the best for the price they can have better and tastier good. The best we had what beans and chips. Pools are good, little old but nice and big. Be ready for some walking resort is big. Shows at great entertainment for the entire family.

Todo estuvo bien, excepto por la comida eran prácticamente los mismos guisados diarios, esperando ir a la playa y comer mariscos muy pobre la comida del único restaurante que daba comida del mar solo tenían filete y muy poco ceviche de pescado nada de cámarones ni pulpo ni nada parecido, el agua se me hizo fría en todas sus piscinas, aunque sea la de los niños deberían de tener agua templada de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Horrible
Horrible customer service. They didn’t have our reservation on file and they took over an hour to find it and were so rude while doing it. Our rooms had no towels and no water and they would get angry when we’d ask for them. Our ac never worked all they would say is we will send maintenance to fix.

El personal de recepción no es el más atento, llegamos y no encontraban mi reservacion, tardaron como 20 min buscando e indagando, total se arregla y a la hora de efectuar el pago con tarjeta, sus terminales no tenían buena recepción de Internet y no se podía efectuar el pago, el personal se porto de lo más indispuesto a ofrecer alguna alternativa siendo que el problema no era mi tarjeta, sino su internet, nos hicieron ir al cajero que tienen (muy retirado de la recepción) y ya cuando se efectuó el pago la habitación no estaba lista. Durante la estancia todo muy bien, personal muy atento, salvo los de un restaurante, que no encontrábamos. En fin es un hotel regular, al que en mi persona no volvería a ir, ya lo conocí, no me agrado del todo y hay que conocer nuevos lugares, esperando sean mejores. Lo rescatable es la noche mexicana, muy rica la comida y muy ameno que se pasa el tiempo.

No están preparados para las emergencias climáticas, no tienen alternativas cuando se le va la luz -como una planta propia de luz-. En toda la estancia no hubo luz, ni agua para uso personal. Todo está retirado. ENVÍENME UN TELÉFONO PARA EXIGIR MI REMBOLSO.
