This was one of the worst properties I have spent time in of all of my 68 years. There were only 2 towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. There was an ice bucket, but no cups. The floor was so dirty you could actually see the dirt on the bottom of your feet. Despite the no smoking warning, the sofa had a burn mark on it and sagged so bad it was hard to get out of. We had to ask for more towels and also were told the room would be cleaned, but was not. The bed springs creaked when getting out of bed. We were suppose to stay with friends, but they came down with covid and with Spring Training going on, we were limited in our lodging options. I would never stay again nor would I recommend it.

There has not been a grounds cleanup in years. Trash cans full, cigarette butts everywhere. Beds were horrible for sleeping.

Lots of deferred maintenance and cleaning, Drawer missing in 'furniture with holes," swimming pool is not heated, smelly carpet, two of the days I stayed there was no breakfast, only coffee. A cash deposit is required in addition to the credit card.

There was no breakfast as promised! WiFi continually went out. Went to get creamer for coffee and was made to give back 2 because there is a 4 creamer limit. People banging on your door throughout night to attempt to buy drugs. In the morning there was syringes, crushed beer cans and bottles, cigarette butts on the premises, found a drug pipe between wall and mattress in MY room, and room non refundable so had to stay the entire booking! Told not to use pool because people bathe in it. Hotel is very scary at night!!!

Had left early to a wedding & when I came back to room. I was checked out, my family’s personal items were in storage. Was told we didn’t have a room for night & lost my cash deposit. Had to get a room somewhere else for 2nd night at 2 am.

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations we did our best to honor your stay since the first night honoring your reservation after arriving at 2 am we usually don't hold rooms till that hour but we did you an exemption to please you as a guest and if we took items out of the room that it was only a blanket it was hold on storage because there was no payment done to the room for the second night. Hope you understand our policies and apologize the inconvenient. Thank you

Terrible stay. Not sure if that bug was a roach but it skittered away across the wall. They only accept a cash deposit. Yes Cash! They will not refund it to you if you check out early. They will not mail it to you. You lose with this place

When we showed up, there was suddenly a requirement for a $50 CASH deposit. There was no prior mention of this (and this seems highly unusual). Even if I accept this, they then said that I could get my deposit back only on the morning of my departure AFTER 9AM. But I had to leave earlier than that. That means I'd have to forfeit the deposit for no reason.

Not a great area. Hotel metal fences/gates - not walkable to any restaurant. Uber driver shared this wasn't a good area to walk around. It worked for us, but very basic. Inside was clean. Noisy parties over the road on a saturday night. Needed to pay cash deposit upon arrival which was surprise - cards not accepted.

Pass on this one and stay somewhere else
The staff is rude. You cannot check out of the hotel unless you received the $50 cash deposit basically forcing you to stay until 9am. The gal at the front desk was yelling at us and was unprofessional. There was supposed to be a breakfast include with your registration but there wasn't any breakfast items in the kitchen and the coffee was terrible. The room had a funky smell and looked old. I had to pay $199 for one night including breakfast and certainly wasn't worth it. Also, there is bums all around the area.

I stayed here during my family's trip to see the World Baseball Classic. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! 1. I was fully prepared for my car to be gone the next day! Lot covered in trash, empty beer bottles/caps, discarded couches and furniture etc. 2. Breakfast was a muffin and a granola bar 3. Night shift acted as if I was bugging them by checking in 4. Room: Carpet absolutely disgusting. I told my kids to keep their shoes on until they got into bed 5. Walls, bathtub all chipped 6. TV picture very blurry. *Worst of all I felt very unsafe for my family and I am a 53 year old who is former law-enforcement! Very shady people were staying there as well as wandering around the area! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for your family's safety!

Deplorable conditions. Certainly more inclined to believe feedback from past customers. Always gave benefit of the doubt in the past but I learned my lesson. Shame on Hotels.com for listing such places.

As a women traveling alone, arriving at 12:36pm I wasn't allowed to enter the large lobby and was told only cadh for the deposit which I did not have. I had to find a bank in the area and return to a enrty gate that you have to swipe 💳 5 to 6 times to get the parking gate to open. I woke in the morning to a tray of packed pastries laying in water, the coffee was fair and packaged oatmeal was not what i expected. Returned to my room and was disgusted by the condition of my room. No electricity in the bathroom,desk chair was filthy and broken I took pictures of it all and reported it to the front desk and maintenance looked at the pictures and was told to do everything to fix this .

Cash only due to the sketchy area and homeless people hanging out on the property. Fence with key card access only Should give you an idea of the type of location this motel is in. Atm is out of order but only accepts cash. No cards

Unless you're trying to sleep with homeless practically outside your window and enjoy a nice breakfast that you could enjoy at the Circle K on the way out, I'd stay anywhere else
