So loud next door. I had to complain to front desk 3 times and they weren’t getting the situation under control. I’m staying here with my grandma and it is 3 am. Ridiculous and unbelievable

When we checked in we requested a rollaway bed. The lady said unfortunately it is occupied. I’m assuming it means the hotel only had one rollaway bed. She said but there are 2 Queen sized beds in the room. She asked how many would be in the room with us, we told her 2 adults and 3 small children.. She then said, unfortunately it is forbidden to have more than 4 people in each room. She wanted us to buy another room for one 9 year child. Our bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in the drain, pubic hair, stuck on the wall and melted soap in the soap holder. There was mold on the shower curtain and mold in the corners and crevices between the bathtub and the floor. It was very obvious that the floors had not been swept, mopped and sanitized for sometime. There were only 3 bath towels in the bathroom. If you allow 4 people in the room shouldn’t there be 4 towels? When we ask for extra towels, she said sorry mum that is prohibited. When we ask for an extra blanket, she said sorry mum that is forbidden. The next day they did not clean our room, or bring us clean towels. We could not hang up our towels to dry because there’s not enough room on the small towel rack in the bathroom to hang up 3 large wet towels. When we asked for clean, towels, she refused to give us any until we gathered up all of our dirties, and took them down to her and then she did not give us clean, hand towels or wash clothes. The hospitality room was very boring and bland.

Terrible check in process. Took 40 minutes. They had 3 people behind the counter and they only had one person checking people in. There was a line all the way to the door.

The front staff workers are some of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. You have very limited breakfast because there was around 4-5 families come in from the SUPER 8 next door that got breakfast and leave. Don’t expect a hot shower, maybe tepid at best. Blankets and sheets were stained. Not worth $100 for a night lol. Won’t be back.

Area of the hotel was nice and quit.. the rooms are nice and big, just need a little detail cleaning for as the doors the tables and the walls.. breakfast was ok, nothing major.. but overall I give it a 3 stars only because I feel that the housekeeper can do a little more detail cleaning.. I can tell they only change the bedrooms trash can and do a basic cleaning.. the floor was dusty the remote had stuff on it from the previous guess, and the tube was dirty on the outside. Like I say I feel the housekeeper can do a little bit more cleaning.

the hotel was minimally clean. The staff was barely helpful and the room was dirty. The shower heads need to be changed out and the water in the shower clogged up. My door was not closed after housekeeping left leaving my belongings at risk. And when I alerted the attendant at the front desk all ai got was an excuse. I will be sure to find another hotel the next time I am in the area.

It was awful I traveled five hours because a funeral and the front desk girl turned me and my daughter away for one for two mocked me for not having enough money and was super un helpful and rude and poor choice for an employee per their management I'd say because she has terrible customer service if id even call it that

Hall way smelled of weed on 2nd floor, not the staff fault though. Some people got stuck in the elevator when we first arrived and needles to say we took the stairs during our visit lol. The front staff was very friendly and nice though. Comfy bed and nice large room and hot shower. They even let us do late check out which was nice. Good stay for our 1 day trip.

The stay was peaceful for me. I suggest better laundry soap for towels, were hard to my skin. There wasn't enough towels inside for swimming/spa area. There needs to be a better refreshing smell in lobby once you walk in.

Great area to stay if you are visiting Fort Worth. Easy 10 minute drive to the Cultural District. 15 minute drive to the Stockyards. Hotel was fine, but our room was not cleaned for our second night’s stay. The indoor pool is small but adequate for the kids to get some energy out. There was a bag of trash next to a trash can by the elevator during our entire 3 day 2 night stay.

When i got there i found drugs in 2 rooms and was kicked out because i complained about the drugs found in the room I was told all of there rooms were like that with drugs in them and was asked to leave by the assistant manager

Beats the Compition
This is an older hotel kelp up nicely You may see a Navel Air Base fighter plane fly over. Just be prepared for strangers approching you for a handout. I encounted two. In the early morning the entrance door will be locked (probably locked late nights) so use your room key and it will open.

We had an overnight stay but the room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Although we only stayed one night I would definitely book a stay here again

Got to the hotel about 11 after a 6 hour driver had to wait 30 mins to check in, both night and after desk rep were very rude. Cleaning ladies were knocking on the door at 7am wanting us to leave when check out wasn’t until 11am. Towels were left in bathroom from previous guest floor was not clean crumbs everywhere.
