Nice place, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Only drawback was the bright parking lot lights, made it harder to sleep, but would stay again.

Bedroom, kitchenette & bathroom were all clean. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. A/C unit blew really close to head of one bed.

Overpriced and disappointing
Dated room was ice cold and musty when we arrived. Heater is either full on or totally off, with warm air blowing directly on one bed. Changing programmed temperature did not make difference as heater would only stop blowing if you turned it off but then room reverted to icebox. Alarm clock made funky sounds like a Geiger counter with a range of intensity throughout night. Unable to unplug alarm clock without moving entire bed. Toilet only about 1 ft off of floor, serious squats necessary to utilize. Towels took a layer off of skin with use, be ready for a bit of pain. Pretty drive to get there though.

Nice clean room. Easy parking, great customer service at the front desk. Large bathroom. Little kitchen area with small fridge, 2 burner cook top, sink, microwave and small coffee pot.

This place is pretty over priced. It seems clean enough though when you turn on the air it smells musty and moldy. The provided toiletries are less than enough for 1 person let alone how many guests you actually paid for. When we arrived for check in we had to wait outside in the truck for nearly an hour due to a sign on the door that said be back soon. We weren't super excited about the reservation though at the time it was one of two rooms available in the area.

Nice stay
The bed was comfortable. The space was good. The microwave is a little small and for some reason the power in it wasn’t that great. Took a long time to heat something up. Didn’t mention to front desk bc we were only there for 1 night. But they were accommodating in other areas.

Basic accommodations, but fair for the price. Good location. Check in process quick and easy, front desk manager extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if I'm in the area

When we arrived, everything went smoothly. The small “lobby” was cluttered so it was evident that there’s been some renovating going on and the front desk clerk was friendly. Before we stepped into the room, we were accosted by the mustiness. We purposely didn’t bring in our hanging clothing because we didn’t want to take the odor with us when we left. Being seasoned travelers, we lit our small fragrant candle to adjust the space. The room was pleasant otherwise. However, we hadn’t noticed that the mini-kitchen was missing the coffee maker. When we went to the front desk to ask about it at 0730, it was closed with a note saying “will return soon”. Now, normally, this would have been very minor discrepancies. But, considering we paid $240 for this room, one’s expectations would be a bit higher, wouldn’t you say?

I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We have been undergoing updates. Some of the supplies and materials have been delayed, and delivered during peak season so we do have a few things stored out of the way, outside. But I do appreciate your understanding in this. At the moment we are providing coffee makers upon request, but have more back ordered and hope to have those delivered soon so we can have it standard in all of our rooms. I do appreciate your understanding and please know, that our staff are always happy and available for any comments or requests during your stay.

The hotel we booked was the same one we stayed at years ago. For $176 for one night's stay (2 adults, 1 grown child, and 1 child), it was not worth the price. The hotel is very dated, there was a smell to the room, and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We only needed one night before traveling to the next place on our trip. There, we paid $125 for the same number of people and it was a VERY nice and comfortable hotel. The Littletree Inn is highly overcharging for such a basic, dated room.

We do charge an extra person fee which gets added to the original room rate that you booked. We do receive a lot of comments from our beds as 'too hard' or 'too soft' so we can cater to various preferences.

Great location with full kitchen (no pots, plates or silverware). Good shower and beds. Overpriced for sure and stairwell nearest office has a metal overhang on the stair closest to the landing that repeatedly hooked onto our heels, almost tripping us. Very dangerous maintenance issue.

Bad Bad Stay
This Hotel is in pretty bad condition. Rooms really old, rust on Kitchenette, not clean, smell in Room. Ice cold room when we arrived, Heater extremely loud and we could not sleep while running. Kitchenette but nothing there, no cutlery, cups. Nobody at Lobby until 8 AM, wow very dissatisfied stay and for a lot of money. Never ever would go back!!!
