Landside heaven :)

A little bit hard to find, but very pleasant family run hotel with beautiful garden and a pool with picturesque sights. Perfect breakfast, homemade cakes and jams. Very quiet place, highly recommended.

Poor breakfast

The hotel was generally clean, I was disappointed by the overall condition of the building and facilities. The hotel appeared old and worn, and the rooms showed signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the breakfast offered was minimal and did not meet my expectations. Overall, while the hotel met basic cleanliness standards, I would not recommend it for those seeking a more luxurious or updated experience.

Absolutely, Milena! Here’s a warm and appreciative review that captures the experience beautifully: --- We stayed in a lovely cottage nestled in a stunning, peaceful location—truly the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The surroundings were serene, the food was delicious, and everything about the place felt welcoming and relaxing. What made our stay unforgettable was the incredible kindness of the host. When our car broke down, they went above and beyond to help us. Despite the language barrier, they called the garage on our behalf, made all the necessary arrangements, and even drove us—free of charge—over an hour away to a different town so we could stay near where our car was being repaired. Their generosity and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with truly exceptional hospitality.

Un fantastico weekend nel verde

Abbiamo trascorso una notte lì per poi passare la giornata successiva all’insegna del relax e della calma in piscina. Colazione genuina e fantastica che profuma di casa, pranzo semplice ma con ingredienti di grandissima qualità e un’attenzione eccezionale nella preparazione che rende tutto unico!

Un havre de paix et une cuisine excellente

Un lieu reposant, un cadre magnifique. Entre la piscine et le coin jeux pour les enfants, cet endroit a été une vraie pause détente au milieu de notre séjour… Et une sacrée découverte culinaire. Les 2 repas que nous avons fait sur place étaient délicieux, les enfants ont mangé dès hamburgers de sanglier ! Des hôtes d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

Authentic farmhouse property - very quaint and quiet. It added to the sense that we were assimilating into Italy and not just staying in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The owners are fabulous - kind and considerate. We were there when it was too cold to use the pool. The countryside is just gorgeous. The food they prepared was delicious. They do not speak a lot of English but I was able to communicate adequately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great stay.

The place looked just like we expected from the Photos (very good!) The stay and service in generel was great, but at our first day of the stay, we were the absolute only people who was staying there.. the only people in the restaurant.. The food was good, service was very kind. The next days more people came and it was all good. The location of the hotel is great! perfect view, sunset at the pool area etc. But the area was not fantastic (after travelling in Toscana), borring city.. All in all we had a good stay! - Few small Things is missing, then it would have been fantastic :)

We had an amazing stay and the staff/family were lovely. They could not be more helpful when asked and the views/surroundings were stunning. The food was great and they made food earlier for our young son so he ate at the same time as their sons. Amazing service. Thank you!

Country retreat with an easy trip to the airport

We had a wonderful time here. We were looking for a quiet place to spend a last day in Italy after a long trip, before heading back to the States from the Rome airport. Locanda Vinorosso fit the bill perfectly. The family is warm and helpful, the food homemade, the room charming. We had two balconies and could watch the sun set and the moon rise there. This spot is so deeply in the Tuscian countryside that we felt rested and restored. We could hear doves and smell the early autumn fires on some local farms. It's down a long country road, and we took a walk and watched twilight come on. We lived in Viterbo for a few years and could see it in the distance. We will recommend it to friends there as a place for a swim and dinner. The hosts have two young well-behaved boys (17 months and about five at our visit), and there are many toys available for children and lots of room to run and play and still have a quiet atmosphere for adults. We were there too late in the season to use the pool, but what an oasis this would be on a hot day, with its many trees. On arrival we were greeted with glasses of water and wine and had a light supper and big breakfast there. It was an easy one hour drive to Fiumincino airport after breakfast. It was a wonderful stop from start to finish.

This was a bit different than described.

This is a rustic experience, the bed needs a new mattress as the springs are visible. The breakfast lacked selections of a typical ITALIAN breakfast selection of cold cuts, rolls and yogurts.

Sagolik miljö!

En och en halv, två timmar norr om Rom ligger detta fantastiska ställe 'in the middle of nowhere'. Runt omkring finns bara böljande kullar och friden är total. Värdparet är mycket trevliga och gör verkligen allt för att få sina gäster att trivas. Maten är bra. Lokalt odlad och lagad på plats. Vårt rum var relativt spartanskt men rent o fint. Både berg o hav finns inom köravstånd. Kan varmt rekommendera Locando Rossovino om du vill komma bort från vardagsstressen. Bodde där i September 2017, reste med familjen

Nice Stay in great surrounds.

A very relaxing stay in beautiful quiet surroundings, amazing views. The rooms could do with AC . The breakfast was nice but some fruit would have been nice to accompany the cereal and cake. The swimming pool although nice perhaps could do with some more regular cleaning as the pool water was looking on the green side towards the end of our stay. Overall lovely stay would return again, thanks

Mooi verbouwd landhuis

Mooie authentieke kamer met balkon. Je kunt op het complex heerlijk tot rust komen. Genieten van het uitzicht. Ontbijt is wat karig maar wel lekker. Er zijn voldoende ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Jammer dat niet al het personeel engels spreekt zodat contact maken wat stroef verliep.

Posto unico con paesaggi unici. Ottimo cibo. Assolutamente da riprovare al più presto. Personale gentile e disponibilissimo.Piscina spettacolare e ben curata. Colazione ottima con prelibatezze del posto. Ottime le marmellate e i loro dolci.
