Indeed the area is vibrant and hip, filled with great restaurants, groceries, trendy shops, etc We put all our efforts to provide the best amenities in our apartments to make you feel home away from home. We also have few private parking space to leave your car for your whole stay, but since you didn't take it, you unfortunately had to deal with the parking yourself. You will know for your next trip. As you mentioned, no car is needed in the area, everything is close by. We're surprise by the rate you gave us, as the points you mentioned are not about our apartment. We don't have control on how Expedia is displaying the prices, we have to charge a cleaning fee, our cleaning crew clean every corner thouroughly, all bed sheets, linens etc, between each booking. We hope to have you back for a memorable experience now that you know about the parking, our great memory foam mattresses, the central location of our flat, the Free Wi-Fi, Netflix and all other amenities we provide.
