this is a cool old hotel... we had a balcony looking out over the black sand beach and could hear the surf all night... it was gorgeous and an easy walk from the train station... also an easy walk to innumerable restaurants and pizza places...

Un'esperienza non rifare mai piu'. Non si possono pagare 130 € circa per una camera sporchissima, con il copriletto sporco di non si sa che cosa. Non e' corretto e non e' rispettoso per i clienti. Purtroppo le altre strutture non avevano disponibilità' per il sabato altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati subito. Non parliamo della colazione. Da dimenticare.

Buongiorno Signora, siamo spiacenti per la sua terribile esperienza vorrei precisare però che non abbiamo riscontrato nella stanza a lei assegnata lo sporco da lei segnalato (solo qui perchè in hotel non ci ha segnalato nulla) inoltre la sua camera non è costata 130 euro ma molto meno. Abbiamo comunque intensificato la pulizia nelle stanze e abbiamo inoltrato al ristorante la sua opinione sulla colazione. Grazie

Great place on the beach when visiting necropolis
This hotel was charming. Everything, including the ac, worked great. Getting to the Etruscan sites was easy by taxi, not so much by public transit.

This is nice hotel with a perfect location. Walking distance to train station across the street from the beach. The staff was very helpful and did a wonderful job. The hotel itself could use a remodel. The air conditioner is controlled at the front desk so room was a bit hot.

There is a national law which requires us to turn off the heating in April (energy saving) and in any case the temperatures are not so low as to justify turning on the heating in May. we are sorry for this negative review, and we always advise in case of problems to contact the front desk to find a solution.

unhappy with fridge not working and cannot use for
this is the second time that I have used this Hotel, no problem on the first visit. The second visit had one disappointment, on bookind I mentioned that I needed a fridge in the room to keep some medicine, like inhaler and insuline, This Must be kept in fridge out of fridge no more then 8 hrs, the fridge? it was like a wet room, warm not even water getting cool, I did mention this to reception, until I left on Sunday 22nd noting was done, had to trow away the insuline, but lukily I foiund a Chemist that sold to me some insuline tablet to help a bit, for the inhaler I had to do without, I did mention this to the receptionist, the answer was that they are set to a temperature, not even an apology just excuses, will NOT use them a\gain next year, will lolok for an apartment, probably will cost more but who cares is only money, at least I can be sure the fridge is working and if not sorted out by owner quikly

Tutte le stanze sono dotate di climatizzatore autonomo, in caso di malfunzionamenti consigliamo sempre di chiamare la reception ed eventualmente richiedere un cambio camera. Nel suo caso il climatizzatore non ha evidenziato nessun problema se non un errato settaggio dal suo telecomando. La cauzione si è resa necessaria dopo numerosi smarrimenti di telecomandi da parte dei clienti, non è necessria se l'ospite lascia al ricevimento i documenti. Grazie per la sua recensione.

Alles top außer das Frühstück
Zimmer top, Sauberkeit top, Lage top, Bedienung top, leider ist das Frühstück sehr schlecht organisiert, wenig Auswahl und wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass im Land wo so viel Auswahl an Salami ist, haben wir jeden morgen immer die gleiche Schinken bekommen, es wurde sehr gespart

Appalto lavanderie da revocare
Albergo comodo a due passi dal mare stile retro', con personale eccellente sia alla reception e sia nel bar e ristorante Mirabel. Ho dovuto spendere 57,00 euro con scontrino documentato per comprarmi lenzuola, cuscini ed asciugamani poiche' la lavanderia riconsegnava il cambio con forte odore di sudore a causa di uno scarso detersivo. Addirittura il coprimaterasso sporco di piccole macchioline rosse che ho provveduto a riconsegnare alla signora della recption il 16 agosto e fino al 27 ho adoperato la mia biancheria letto comprata. Il 27 ho lasciato tutta la mia biancheria nuova all'albergo perche' non mi entrava in valigia poiche' sono state spese impreviste. Speriamo meglio per il prossimo anno.

Sjarmerende sted på et hotell med potensiale....
Hotellet har en bra beliggenhet, i en sjarmerende, liten by, Ladispoli. Betjeningen i resepsjonen er proffe og serviceinnstilt, men så var det resten da... Beliggenheten like ved stranden gjør også at støynivået er relativt stort i perioder, både fra trafikk, særlig tidlig om morgenen, men også fra høy musikk på sen kveld og natt... Frokosten var svært sparsommelig, med en betjening som varierte voldsomt i tilstedeværelse og serviceinnstilling. Dette skyldes nok for en stor del at engelskkunnskapene stort sett var fraværende! Hotellet tilbyr wifi, men denne er altfor dårlig og tidvis ikke aktiv. Hotellet tilbyr også mange TV-kanaler, men ingen engelskspråklige eller skandinaviske. Hotellet tilbyr plass på egen strand, som er meget bra, men vi måtte daglig betale 16 Euro for 2 solsenger og en parasoll. Dette er i meste laget!

Hotel is located at the beach side of Ladispoli. Area is calm, town area near the coast. From hotel you can have a sea view and reach the down town for market, shop etc by walking 2 min. We came by car but area also connected to train service from central Rome. Room was large enough and has balcony where you can smoke and enjoy the view of beach and sea. Furnitures and tools at the room were quite old but ok for using. It is an old and oldish style hotel. Breakfast was ok. Stuff were kind and helpful. There is free wi-fi available at room. It is ok for a short stays and if you only need a room for sleeping and shower. We enjoyed at the end.

Albergo nuovo, pulito e ben strutturato. Ottima posizione vicino al mare e al centro. Buona la colazione. Staff disponibile, frigorifero in camera. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che è stato risolto al terzo (e nostro ultimo) giorno di soggiorno. Probabilmente, visto il periodo di alta stagione, non era possibile, ma avremmo preferito che ci cambiassero la camera al primo tentativo (fallito) di sistemarci la doccia. Per il resto consigliamo questo albergo.

Close to beach, friendly staff, needs clearer info
Staff is very friendly. I checked in early and was given the room since it was available. The location is excellent as it is close to the beach and a 15-min walk from the train station. The breakfast was good enough but the server was exceptional. The bedroom was comfortable. It didn't have air conditioning but the ceiling fan was adequate, after all, one would want the air from the sea. Having said that, I'd still recommend that this information be clearly stated on Expedia if the room has a/c or not. After all, the guest deserves to know exactly what he's paying for.

Nella prima camere che ci è stata assegnata, abbiamo riscontrato una perdita d'acqua sotto il lavandino, abbiamo subito segnalato e ci hanno mandato un addetto a controllare, il quale però non è riuscito a risolvere subito il problema, allora abbiamo richiesto di cambiare camere e così è stato. Per fortuna nella nuova camera era tutto ok, inoltre la doccia era più grande di quella della camera precedente che ci era subito sembrata un pò piccolina.

Ottima location e buon servizio!
Personale molto accogliente, le camere sono fornite di tutto ciò che serve per un buon soggiorno... La mia camera era penalizzata solo dal fatto della presenza di una sola presa elettrica e dal wifi debole, per il resto nulla da ridire, se capita l'occasione sarà certamente la prima scelta.
