리마 고소득층 동네의 깨끗하고 청결한 호텔
직원들의 교육 상태 및 친절도가 매우 높습니다. 위치도 리마 내 고소득층 거주지에 위치하고 있어 안전하고 깨끗합니다. 학교 바로 앞이라 아침에 아이들 소리가 들리기는 하지만 방해될 정도는 아닙니다. 조식은 종류는 많지 않지만 깨끗하고 먹을 만 합니다. 방 상태 및 수건 청결도도 높아 다음 출장 시 또 이용할 계획 입니다.

pretty good.
Very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. There were many kinds of food and it was delicious.However,there is no place you can walk to,so you must ride the taxi.

호텔은 좋지만 위치는 좀 애매해요.
위치 상의 장점은 없습니다. 센트로에 갈 때도 택시를 타고, 미리플로레스에 갈 때도 택시를 타야합니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절해요. 그런데 리마의 특성상 객실이 약간 습합니다. 그래서 제습 효과로 에어컨을 계속 켜놨는데 에어컨은 빵빵하게 잘 나와요. 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고.. 공짜로 주는 물은 없고 한 병마다 돈을 받습니다. 조식은 빵이랑 파이 종류가 다양하고 꽤 괜찮게 나옵니다.

Cozy and reasonable, fresh
As the hotel price is getting increased in Lima, this new modern style hotel is very reasonable and is clean. Its location is also near to Miraflores, 10 mins by taxi. Staffs are nice and kind. Breakfast is a bit monotonous but fully reflect its price level. Good choice.

It has a great location, a beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and The most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, and I had a lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

Being off season the hotel was very quiet, only saw a few people at the breakfast buffet. The buffet needs to be improved, good variety of breads and fruits but the hot food was consistently warm or cold, it seems that the roll top chafers are outdated.

Give NM Lima a try
Hotel was in a very convenient location without the addtl costs other hotels charge. There was no pool nor gym but great customer service

Un buen hotel, pero los empleados restan
El hotel es bueno, tiene unas buenas instalaciones, el internet funciona bien, la habitación es muy cómoda. Pero es el único hotel de los muchos que he reservado donde me cobraron algo que estaba pagado. Me explico, cuando viajo, suelo citar a personas a desayunar, por eso suelo pagar la habitación como si fueran dos personas, porque me permite que otras personas desayunen conmigo, y se vuelva un desayuno de trabajo. Pero en el NM Hotel, es el único hotel, donde me cobraron el desayuno de la otra persona, basado en el argumento que "el desayuno es personal e intransferible", y me decían que la otra persona debía estar registrada en la habitación, cosa absurda, porque puedo inventarme un nombre de la otra persona y registrarlo. Algunas personas no entienden que el servicio al cliente, es para facilitar las cosas, y como cliente me sentí como ante empleados públicos, de burocracia, que esperan que haces mal, para no ayudarte, en la reserva pague 8 desayunos y solo tome 3. E incluso me retire la noche anterior, la verdad, no me sentí cómodo, y no sabia que mas me iban a cobrar.
