The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free.
There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. In my opinion, it would be better to make a buffet where tourists can take what they want themselves and not suffer from the fact that they are not understood,
What I would recommend to fix: 1 - the towels are very old, washed, the white color has turned gray. Towels are not expensive and the hotel can afford to provide towels of normal quality.
2 - our room had a kitchen, but there were no utensils there. Why do I need a kitchen if there are no plates, glasses or spoons? I came from the USA, will I really bring dishes with me or go to the store to buy them? If there is a kitchen, then provide a simple set of dishes, please. There was also no towel in the kitchen to wipe the table.
