We stayed here for a concert at Gillette Stadium. The hotel was clean and modern. Check in was easy. We really liked the full kitchen in the room.

From check in to departure it was easy. Clean property. My only complaint is the sofa bed was so squeaky it woke me up every time I rolled over. Pool was decent, breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection.

Was promised a Baby Crib - at check in was told sorry there are none…. Staff couldn’t have been less concerned - will not stay again

As I was stepping on the plane to begin the trip (2 days before my reservation), Expedia sent an email that the hotel was not going to honor the reservation, despite having already paid for everything in full two months ahead of time. Their proposed solution was for me to stay in another hotel 10 miles away, which was not possible for my plans. Finding a last-minute hotel with any availability in the same area and at the last minute cost me an extra $200. In their world, it is apparently money, not the customer that comes first.

The staff members were all great….extremely polite, friendly, professional; the accommodations were clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. My stay was so enjoyable that I intend on returning there when I travel to the area again.

My bed and room has bugs with pinchers in it, hair on the floor, hair on the mirror, hair on the vanity, bottle caps on the side of the bed, change on the carpet, towels rolled up along the window, and dust bunnies in corners. Dirtiest place I have ever had to stay in. Manager on duty not authorized to refund me or cover a room at a nearby hotel. Worst hotel I have stayed in around Massachusetts. Avoid this dirty hotel.

This property met our expectations, starting from staffs, cleanness, great breakfast with a lot healthy options(some vegan and gluten-free), peaceful, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Awesome experience and great for family.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly there was hair all over the floor, the shower curtain was stained and there was a slight mildew smell. The freezer/fridge did not work.This was very disappointing for the price we paid to stay for 1 night.

One of two rooms had been sold out from under us. Forcing half our party to another venue for one night. Fortunately the hotel covered the cost. But moving twice a major pain. Door to room was sticking. No maid service on weekend. Packaged breakfast items left a lot to be desired. Staff was generally helpful and accommodating, but forget abut using the PCs to print.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Late arrival (10pm), and we were given a room at the farthest end of one wing. Upon opening the door, we were hit with a nasty smell of smoke. Immediately dragged our luggage back to the front, asking for a cleaner non smoking room. We now given a room at the farthest end of the other wing. It appeared to be fine, however, upon flushing the toilet the next morning, it did not clear out the basin. Tried again and it nearly overflowed. The night clerk was very nice, but could do nothing at that hour to help us. We feared using the sink or shower as they were very slow to drain and the toilet was full. My husband begged for access to a clean shower and toilet to use, and the clerk only allowed him to use a dirty room where the occupant had already left...horrible! I was not willing to do this and went in-showered, unfortunately. After talking with the new clerk, and 2 more subsequent phone calls afterwards asking for some compensation for our troubles, we were offered a $20.00 discount. However two days later, the hotel first charged us an additional $20.00, then applied a $20.00 credit, essentially giving us nothing. My final call to the manager an hour ago to attempt to straighten this out was not returned as promised. DO NOT STAY HERE!
