Practical & minimalistic (Madrid outskirts)
Pros: Good size room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, reasonable lighting. Very helpful staff. Parking and coffee/tea and water free on every room. Good location for business meetings (if your clients are outside Madrid). Cons: There's a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast (better coffee, better buffet with more options. Buffet is very restricted). There is no restaurant service any longer. But there are two restaurants two minutes away, or several in a shopping mall (5 minutes walk from the hotel). Still not great.

Sin traslado desde el aeropuerto
La habitación está súper bien, espaciosa, cama cómoda, bien insonorizada a pesar de estar al lado del ascensor. El único pero de la habitación es que el plato de la ducha estaba tupido. La razón por la que cogí este hotel es que estaba cercano al aeropuerto para una escala muy corta. Para mi sorpresa, el hotel no cuenta con servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto, y te trasladan al aeropuerto desde el hotel sólo si lo reservas con dos días de antelación. Teniendo en cuenta que la tarifa plana de taxi desde el aeropuerto son 30 euros cada trayecto, el precio del hotel te sube a uno de 5 estrellas. No lo recomendaría principalmente por esta razón, no es especialmente barato y llamándose "Aeropuerto T4", debería tener servicio de traslado ida y vuelta gratuito. El desayuno tampoco es muy variado la verdad. En definitiva si vas en coche puede estar bien, pero no lo recomendaría para nadie que busque un lugar para quedarse para una escala entre dos vuelos.

Good for a short stay
Since I was only stopping over in Madrid one night this was a good hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked that I was given a paper listing all the amenities available. The receptionist helped me arrange a ride to the airport since you had to arrange the free shuttle 24 hours in advance. The Cabify was cheaper by 50% than the taxi. The room was very comfortable, large with clean big bathroom. Very quiet the night I stayed. Breakfast was expensive I think —nearly 10 Euros for an average meal but definitely adequate. Didn’t see any other readily available choice. The only thing that concerned me was there were some areas around the elevator that were exposed and peeling molding in the bathroom which gave it a worn look. otherwise an adequate safe hotel.

Very bad experience
They gave us a room with EXTREME smell of smoking. When we asked another one they said "There is nothing to do, sorry" there were 2 big bugs in the room and one disgusting one in the elevator. The whole corridor was full of bad smell. Very dirty room with careless employees. Will never ever stay there...

B&B Hotel is perfectly situated minutes from Madrid airport and just steps from restaurants and galleria. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel far away from the city
We arrived at midnight thanks my iPhone GPS, the taxi driver couldn't find the location. As we had to leave at 07.00 h we couldn't have neither breakfast nor a light one. Coffee or similar.

In middle of nowhere!!!
This hotel in ok, clean and fartly confortable. Bery badic and toiletry was rubbish I ended up buying soap and shampoo! It is in middle of noehere with no public transport links. The closest bus stop to take you to Madrid is 20 minutes walk, then get a train to city centre. We spent more money on getting taxi to train station, so we would be better off getting a hotel in city centre and paying extra for room instead of wasting so much money on taxi!!! Then we would be closer to everything too.

Nice hotel, close to a huge shopping centre
Friendly staff and the room was being cleaned every single day. Although there was not enough staff to handle breakfast, one person is not enough for the job.

No se me informó de que este alojamiento está fuera de la T4 cuando solicité información previa a la reserva por vía telefónica. Posteriormente y por esta causa , al llegara Madrid- Barajas, tuve que buscar y pagar otro alojamiento en otro hotel dentro de la terminal t4. Al contactar vía telefónica se me confirmó que no estaba dentro y que no me devolverían el importe, muy amablemente.

La única pega es que dejamos la habitación durante más de dos horas y al volver no había pasado la limpieza, tuvimos que avisar y esperar fuera 20 minutos a que la limpiaran.

Great Contemporary Hotel Near to the Airport
I found the B&B Hotel to be excellent overall. I stayed there twice first for only one night and then for three nights. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and above all the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. I will make special mention of Carla who was great from check in right right through to even room service. A very good choice for a hotel near the airport or the Alcbendas or San Sebastián de Los Reyes areas. Can be a little costly to get to Central or Downtown Madrid though. There are good restaurants and an excellent mall close by as well.

Um dos quartos mais bonitos que já ficamos. Optamos por um hotel afastado do centro é um pouco mais próximo do aeroporto. Viajamos em um casal e um bebê menor de 2 anos e a hospedagem foi muito boa. Hotel é confortável e agradável.

El Hotel está bien,pero no abre para el desayuno hasta las 7:00 AM.Detrás de él hay 4 restaurantes buenos y el centro comercial,ya que no ofrece almuerzo y cena. La tarifa está muy bien.
