TU NO SABES LEER, porque en todos nuestros canales externos dice que somos una guesthouse, no dice que es un hotel 5 estrellas, para las exigencias de personas como ustedes.y tampoco hay ascensor, cosa que esta bien escrito en Expedia.com2.NO TE INFORMASTE POR PEREZA. tristemente personas como ustedes no se informan antes de viajar. no estamos de frente a colosseo, querias vistas? estamos en el centro de Trastevere, caminado se llega a todo sitio en pocos minutos, esta es una zona muy tranquila, con buenos restaurantes - tipica romana.En cuanto al aviso de el horario del silencio, pedimos a los huespedes de mantener un tono bajo despues de las 23., pues algunos vienen por trabajo - otros por placer,en el caso de los ninos son aceptables los ruidos, obviamente hasta un cierto punto, eso depende de la educacion que se les imparte, tambien somos padres ,comprendemos, pero ustedes no preguntaron, y se fueron.Cada ano vienen profesores de la Universidad de Yale, jamas se lamentan, son personas "felices". Vienen tambien personas de un cierto espesor e importancia, personas "felices".Ustedes no preguntaron nada, solamente pretendieron algo que NOSOTROS JAMAS OFRECIMOS.sobre el pago, tu reservacion era una NON REFUNDABLE, se fueron y no pudimos vender la habitacion, porque debo devolverte dinero si aceptaste las codiciones al reservar? ah cierto, tu no lees.Me alegro que encontraran otro sitio donde estar, quisiera saber que pensaron de ustedes los propietarios y el personal del Hotel.Porque yo no te recomendaria en ninguna estructura hotelera.
