Es un hotel cómodo, seguro y con acceso rápido a transporte público, económico, muy justo por lo que pagas.

Katastrophe
Wir mussten nach einer Nacht und 2 Zimmern auschecken. Die Sauberkeit lässt doch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Excellent staff and the hotel is very clean.
Market 28 is in front of hotel. Fair prices for soveneirs and food is also affordable. You can catch the bus stop on a short walking distances or taxis are everywhere at a fair rate. Although, the hotel was always kept super clean our AC was not cold enough. The hotel is a lil rundown and it needs maintenance work. However, we where out all day so it was bearable and saved us money. I just wish the AC was running colder and my hotel stay would had been perfect.

Hotel cerca del centro
Como casi no estuvimos en el hotel puedo decir que está muy bien si se va a Cancún con intenciones de vacaciones y salir a conocer sus alrededores, ya que son buenos los servicios que incluye, el personal muy amable y su costo accesible. Solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento a algunas cosas pero sería para mejorar las instalaciones, nada que afecte la estancia. Me quedo satisfecho y volvería hospedarme aquí.

Muy bien para descansar.
Nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado. Pagamos en el hotel. Descansamos muy bien. Tenía una alberca muy linda, aunque no la utilizamos se veía muy bien.

El dia que llegué el recepcionista no estaba y dejo un aviso en la puerta que regresaria 5 minutos luego y se tardó casi treinta minutos, siendo que si estaba en las suites, eso me perjudico pues tenia uq ir al aeropuerto por una persona

was scary
arrived at the hotel, manager spoke very little English. in fact guest didn't either. Was shown room, no locks on the door. I then heard gun shots nearby, left and went to another hotel. was very overrated by travel agency.

We zijn hier 2 nachten geweest voordat we weer teruggingen naar NL. Prima voor 19 euro per nacht. Keuken met koelkast en aparte slaapkamer met airco. Het is wat verouderd en kan een likje verf gebruiken.

Fue una muy mala experiencia, la habitación en muy malas condiciones y sucias, las camas tienen chinches y en general las Suites en la parte externa muy oscuras y descuidas. Pésima experiencia, no recomendaría a nadie hospedarse ahí.

Muy bien la atención muy padre, un malentendido con la reservacion y de algunas cosas que faltaban como la Televison y la limpieza en la alberca pero muy amables y trataron de compensar las cosas. pero en general estuvo muy bien la habitación muy limpia y muy agradable.

Smells old, i did not like it at all.
The receptionist was very nice, but don't speak english at all, it's very hard to communicate. The hotel is below average, the bed is not comfy, bedding's super old. But for the pricd what can you complain about.

Had to request maid service during my 5 night stay. In compensation, a certificate for 2 free nights was promised but not given. My email followup has so far been ignored! Properties closer to the ADO bus station downtown, with comparable rates, can be found

Hotel muy descuidado
Falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, no cambian toallas diario solo una ocasión en cinco noches que duró mi estancia. El colmo, la ropa de cama "ni una sola vez la cambiaron". No lo recomiendo, por muy barato que esté!!

Won't ever stay here again.
We stayed there for two nights. The first night is just "okay" since we don't have hot water, but all we need is only a place to sleep so it's acceptable. However, there were no electricity on the second night after we use our own dryer. We tried to contact the hotel reception but no one was there. We end up sleeping that night without charging our phone, taking shower, and everything we consider basic that one normal hotel should offer. It's like we didn't expect too much because we were trying to save money, but this hotel is just nightmare.

Departamento familiar y económico!
Agradecemos que el personal aunque un poco molestó, nos recibió ya de madrugada por el retraso del transporte ADO. Esta acondicionado para familias. No hay en que cocinar pero con desechables se puede corregir. Queda atrás del mercado 28 y a 15 min del ADO y de la avenida principal donde pasa transporte local. Muy y económico! Super recomendado para bajo presupuesto.

Almost perfect for my needs!
The write up for this place does not do it justice! My unit is a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. The furniture and fixtures are what you would expect from a summer cottage rental, not pretty but very functional. I had booked different hotels for each week of my 6 week stay. I went to my first hotel and scouted the others I found this one down the street and it is by far the best of the bunch and it is less expensive! Each bedroom has an A/C unit but with the breeze and windows on all sides, I haven't used them. The apartment is in a great location. The market is directly across the street. It includes 3 banks, a full grocery store, the R2 bus to the hotel zone, taxis everywhere and at least 20 restaurants! The ADO bus terminal and plaza las Americas are 20 min walks in different directions. I would guess there are 10 units in this place. You will hear traffic noises from the one way street out front. The front two buildings have one unit on each of the three floors The back buildings appear to be the one bedroom units. I have walked all over town everyday and only touched the surface. I have felt safe the entire time including too many late nights. Prices are very low for food and alcohol in restaurants and at the grocery store compared to the hotel zone. I'm here for the great weather and a cultural experience...so far it has been outstanding!

personal muy amable, las distancias a Tiendas y la zona hotelera es razonable, por ser departamentos tienen todas las comodidades, solo seria bueno renovar algunos detalles como los baños por los azulejos y el mobiliario. por ejemplo los sillones de las salas, también el área de alberca necesita renovarse y parece que en nuestra estancia se descompuso el filtro de la alberca, pero por precio y servicio si hay equilibrio, gracias.

Close to Mercados 28, groceries and other spots.
I got the suite that is in the website picture. Two rooms with a kitchen counter and fridge and stove. The pool needs cleaning and not kept up so no one uses it. The staff are friendly but only speak Spanish. A computer translation site is used for communication for more complicated questions and requests. My room was clean though a bit rundown. It is one of the less expensive choices online and for the price it was okay. Buses are cheap and easy enough to figure out so getting to the beach or anywhere is cheap and easy.
