이 호텔 덕에 스트라스부르의 기억이 최악으로 남았습니다
일요일에 체크인했는데 직원이 퇴근을 했더군요...몇시간을 기다리다 전화를 해봤더니 전화로 체크인 수속을 하는 경우는 뭔가요? 결국 체크아웃때까지 직원 얼굴을 보지 못했습니다. 방은 추웠고 플러그 꼽을 곳 조차 제대로 있지 않았습니다. 2박을 하지 않고 1박을 한게 이 호텔을 고를 때 가장 잘한 선택 같습니다.

혼자지내기 알맞았던 숙소!
방은 많이 작지만 깔끔했고 체크인 체크아웃 모두 편리했습니다~ 장점: 쁘띠프랑스와 대성당의 중간에 위치해서 어디든 나가기 쉬움, 깔끔함, 체크인을 시간에 구애받지 않음, 친절하심 단점: 오래된건물이라 삐그덕, 샤워실이 하나뿐임

Lage und Haus top, Zimmer ok.
Nette Mitarbeiter und ein wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage. Das Zimmer war ok, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal nehmen. Es gab keine Garderobenhaken, so dass man Jacken nur über die beiden Stühle hängen konnte, welche für vier Personen auch wenig sind. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablagen. Alles sauber aber ungemütlich und lieblos und wenig durchdacht eingerichtet. Nur eine Nachttischlampe bei vier Schlafplätzen.

Its a nice property very close to all the attraction. You can reach cathedral in 5 6 minutes. And everything else in 15 mins max. Good for the price. Although bathroom is impossibly small. It was clean and all. There is no room service or reception service. But it works. I would stay here again if I am in strassbourg next time because of its location and accessibility..

The hotel was in a terrible condition. It was under construction where you could hear the workers and their devices all the day. It did not have neither shower nor toilet in the room. It was very dirty. Not in minimal conditions to live. Do not go there!

I love this hotel. We stayed, three persons family, for two nights. We got a room with toilet and shower. I like such old hotels like this one. This house is very old and looking as castle inside. As for the comfort it would be great to get et least kettles in the rooms. It is minimum comfort that should be in budget hotels. However we enjoyed of staying there. Everything was old but clean and working. Staff was very friendly. Magnificent place in historical part of city. Recommend

Great experience, clean, has everything you need
I had a really nice stay at this hostel, an old building and everything that you need. Perfect if you go backpacking or travel solo. The downside was that it doesn't have an elevator and there are many stairs to climb XD. Would def stay there again if I traveled through Strasbourg but maybe not for a longer visit!

I wish I had stayed for longer.
I wish I had been able to stay longer than one night. Peaceful location, near historic centre. Easy check in. Large quiet room. Comfortable bed. Proper desk and chair for working.

Bon rapport qualité/prix (chambre triple avec salle de bain et WC sur palier) ; literie confortable ; fenêtres bien insonorisées (rue très calme mais travaux au loin) ; salle de bain commune froide le matin (fenêtre ouverte) ; lavabo dans la chambre appréciable ; petits échantillons de savon et shampoings bienvenus même si pas très écologiques ; personne à l'accueil à 9h30 donc pas possibilité de consigner de bagages (peut-être qu'il faut avertir à l'avance) ; petit-déjeuner servi dans un café sympa pas loin ; hôtel bien situé.

Hôtel situé dans un ancien bâtiment typique avec du charme. Cependant, la propreté des lieux laissait à désirer : tables de nuit très collantes non nettoyées, WC avec des poubelles qui débordent et sol des WC très approximativement nettoyé. Aussi à notre étage, une seule salle de bain (baignoire) et un seul WC.

Lors de l'enregistrement aucun personnel. La porte de l'hôtel était fermée. J'ai du appeler un agent puis j'ai réussis à rentré dans le bâtiment. La porte de la chambre était fermée j'ai du faire revenir un personnel. Certe il sont réactif un accueil humain est indispensable pour ma part. La chambre pas de douche pas de WC. Pour se rentre dans la salle d'eau il faut traverser une bonne partie du bâtiment. Cela n'est pas pratique. Un point positif la localisation de l'hôtel en plein centre de Strasbourg ce qui est parfait

I loved the fact that the building where the hotel is located now was previously a convent in the 16th century, very nice to walk around the creaky stairs and decoration. We stayed in a room without bathroom, but with a sink. Pretty clean, comfortable and fresh. Its in a great location for walking all around the historic area. Ir recommend it.

Cher pour ce que c’est, chambre spartiate, sans charme, mais literie confortable. Par contre les communs de l’hôtel couloirs et escaliers , sont très pittoresque, on se croirait un peu dans une vieille demeure , un vieux manoir. Petit problème de communication avec le gérant, il m’avait soi-disant envoyé le mail avec les instructions pour pouvoir rentrer et atteindre ma chambre, car il n’y a pas de réception, en fait je n’avais jamais reçu ce mail, j’ai du le contacter par téléphone, il a insisté sur un ton un peu limite et expéditif, sur le fait que toutes les informations avait été donné dans ce fameux mail , que je n’avais en faite jamais reçu. Arrivé devant la porte j’ai dû le rappeler pour lui dire que je n’avais pas les codes pour rentrer ni le numéro de ma chambre, à ce moment il m’a tout donné par téléphone. Hôtel très bien situé entre la cathédrale et la petite France.

I loved the Hotel Patricia but you need to understand what you are buying. You don't get your own bathroom. There is only one loo for each floor (3) and one shower/bath (the shower is over the small bath) for 22 bedrooms. Strangely this doesn't seem to be a problem- I never had to queue for the loo or the shower. Meeting other people in the night in your my pyjamas didn't bother me but others might like to pack a dressing gown. There's isn't anything like a TV, kettle, or trouser press in the room but it was warm, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful but not around after 7pm. The building has a cosy, quirky feel and is furnished with an eclectic range of vintage furniture. Very good value.

chambre spacieuse, pas de téléviseur mais en période de marché de noël il y a mieux à faire, le petit déjeuner se prend à quelques mètres de l'hôtel, ambiance sympa, bon accueil.Prix un peu élevé pour la chambre mais au coeur du marché de noël et à 15 petites minutes à pied de la gare ! tout près de l'hôtel le "croque bedaine" ou l'on peut grignoter (des croques) et déguster de bonnes bières.

Venus à Strasbourg pour un week-end lors du marché de Noël, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il était bien situé. Seulement, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre comprenant uniquement un lit et un lavabo. Il y a uniquement une toilette par étage (sans lavabo!) et une seule SDB à l'étage supérieur. Les toilettes sont restées sales pendant 24h, et nous n'avons pas eu de draps la première nuit. Seul point positif : la localisation !
