The staff were very helpful. Not too far from the Canadian Tire Center. The hotel looks nice in the reception area but the carpets need cleaning and the hotel has an old vibe. Parking area didn’t feel safe as there were many people hanging around and smoking at all hours of the day and night.

The rooms aren't bad. They are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly at the front desk. One thing is that its noisy. There are many families living in this hotel therefore there are kids running up and down the hallways. A lot of them play in the parking lot too which had me worried about my vehicle. There's also toys, broken toys, and other random items in the parking lot and outside around the hotel. I can't say i would recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a quiet place to recharge. Just only for a quick stay.

Being stuck in the area due to a winter storm they allowed us a no hassle early check in right after we had to leave our previous hotel and were able to spend a lovely quiet afternoon here. Great staff ready to assist with questions, needs, etc.
