All hotels in Milan was full, apart from this one.. sends a signal, and unfortunately we understood why when we checked in. In general low standards with only one bight side: the location.

Non existent AC
Hotel was in a good location for the Metro. Staff was friendly. Room was scorching when we arrived and after calling for assistance to get the 2 AC units on, only one worked and even that just blew very hot air around. I ended up soaking a towel in the sink and slept with that overnight. None of the family or any real sleep due to the heat and non working AC. Expect more for over €200 per night. Would not go back

Dopo una prima assegnazione non soddisfacente, il personale è stato gentilissimo e mi ha permesso di scegliere una camera più confortevole, pulita e relativamente spaziosa. L'albergo é vicino ai mezzi pubblici per il centro, facile da raggiunger. Le stanze non sono grandi ma pulite e dotate di terrazzino e silenziose o. Il personale gentile. Forse non è un tre stelle, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto.

OTTIMA SCELTA
L'Hotel è davvero in una posizione strategica, in centro e a due passi dalla Metro (linea gialla, fermata Porta Romana). Giusto accanto ad esso, tra l'altro, consiglio per un pasto frugale ma genuino la cucina napoletana di Bell e Buono. Per una pausa rilassante, sempre nelle immediate vicinanze, invece, c'è la libreria bistrot della Feltrinelli. Tornando all'Hotel, il personale è molto professionale. La camera, da cui si gode di una bella vista sui tetti della città (vedi la foto che ho scattato), è perfetta per un breve soggiorno. Bagno (con doccia) funzionali e molto puliti. Un'ottima scelta davvero

Main lobby is located on 6th floor along with rooms, really small elevator, friendly staff and really clean rooms, our room had a small fridge, the exit on metro for this hotel is Porta Romana which is about 400 meters from hotel not bad at all to explore Milan on the Metro. Nearby restaurants within walking distance.

Vi skulle bruge en overnatning og vægtede beliggenhed tæt på centrum, og det er hotellet - ca 15 minutters gang. Ok værelse på 6. sal og typisk italiensk morgenmad.

Non so come si possa considerare quel posto come albergo addirittura a tre stelle. la Camera assegnataci era un "loculo" 30 cm a desta e 40 cm a sinistra del letto. Bagno puzzolente e senza bidè. meglio non parlare della colazione. Cancellatelo dalle proposte, è indecente.

Da "rinfrescare"
Situato in un'ottima posizione di Milano, un bell'appartamento all'ultimo piano anche con delle belle terrazze (almeno la mia camera l'aveva). Alle porte d'ingresso della camera c' una "toppa" posta all'altezza della maniglia, fatta con materiali poveri e molto di cattivo gusto. All'interno della camera si aveva una sensazione di scuro e di sporco che non lascia l'ospite sereno. Non dico di aver trovato sporco ma di certo non posso dire che l'ambiente sia stato accogliente. Camera spaziosa, da tre posti letto ma col bagno molto piccolo. In generale credo che con un piccolo investimento (basterebbe una rinfrescata alle pareti e un cambio dei copriletto e delle tende per dare un po' di leggerezza) si potrebbe rendere l'ambiente più confortevole.

Great location in Milano, Italy
This small albergo is located within a short walk to the Metro stop at Porta Romana with easy access to downtown, the Navigli restaurant district and the Duomo Metro station (city centre) with connections to many train and Metro lines. There is also access to a tram line that can take you to shopping along Viale Monte Nero and Corso Lodi. The hotel is on the 6th floor which is accessed via elevator. The room was tidy, had a small bathroom with shower, a balcony and Internet. Breakfast can be had as part of the room cost or for €5 per person. There are several restaurants (good variety), bakeries and a small grocery store nearby. It is just a few steps from the Milano Terme Spa. It is a wonderful way to spend a leisurely day.

Camera sufficiente date le condizioni di prezzo. Letto comodo e ottima la soluzione delle tapparelle per garantire l'oscuramento notturno. Peccato per la mancanza del terrazzo esterno e per la doccia con soffitto a spiovente che riduce notevolmente lo spazio.

Più che un albergo lo definirei un b&b, la pulizia
Avevo chiesto la colazione prima delle ore 08:00, mi è stata rifiutata la disponibilità, l' addetto, che si occupava di tutto, con lo straccio con cui puliva i tavoli ha pulito le briciole cadute sul pavimento.

Einfaches, spartanisches Hotel mit nettem Personal
Die Rezeption ist einladend, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit aber z.B. angebotene Getränke waren teilweise nicht vorrätig. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, spartanisch und düster eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung sehr alt und abgenutzt. Als einzigen Schmuck gab es ein großes Plakat mit den Sicherheitsinformationen und der Getränkekarte. Bei dem vorhandenen Kühlschrank löste sich beim öffnen die Dichtung und er funktionierte auch nur wenn wir im Zimmer waren und den Schlüssel in den Schlitz zur Stromzufuhr steckten. Das Bad zweckmäßig. Aus dem Fenster im Bad sahen wir auf einen großen, rostigen Warmwasserbereiter, der auch ziemliche Geräusche von sich gab. Bei dem großen Schrank in der Dachschräge fehlten Borde, sodass wir teilweise die Kleidung auf dem Boden lagern mussten. Das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir es nicht genutzt haben. Der Raum war uns zu ungemütlich. Positiv möchten wir herausstellen, dass alles sehr sauber war. Es gab auch täglich neue Handtücher (muss nicht sein) und dass das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Da uns bewußt ist, dass die Preise in Mailand sehr hoch sind, konnten wir wohl auch nicht viel mehr erwarten von der Ausstattung her.

Buena ubicación
El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Está muy cerca del centro de Milan y se puede llegar a todo caminando. Lo recomiendo, sobre todo por la ubicación.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Está muy cerca del centro de Milan y se puede llegar a todo caminando. Lo recomiendo, sobre todo por el precio.

Great value and location
This hotel met our needs (a couple traveling with our teenager) well. The staff were helpful, the room large enough for us and our luggage, the wifi and the a/c in the room worked well, the breakfast was adequate, and the location was perfect, at a tram stop (which you can hear go by if your room faces the street; it didn't bother me) and a block from a metro stop, plus near restaurants and a grocery. A taxi from Linate Airport was 20 euro and from Milano Centrale station was 15 euro (3 passengers and bags). Shortcomings mentioned in other reviews: you drag luggage up a half-flight of stairs to get to the elevator, which is about the size of a typical Italian shower (2' x 2'?). The shower was the size of the elevator, but the bathroom itself was big enough. The door to the bathroom was a foldable partition, which was quite loud when anyone needed the restroom at night. You must pay the city tax in cash. The man at the reception desk during breakfast and sometimes late at night was very nice (he let us check in early) but has limited English; the man manning the desk during typical check-in time speaks English well. We stayed for two nights, then went to Venice for the weekend, then stayed again in the same room (1 double, 1 twin) for 2 nights before leaving Italy. I have rated this hotel as excellent for the value...if I had paid for a higher-level hotel it would not get this rating, but it is excellent for the price and for the budget hotel category that it claims to be.

Chambre suffisante pour un cours séjour. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner peu copieux mais suffisant ! Je recommande. Métro à proximité et magasin bazar juste en face (pratique pour achat de produits et d adaptateur à 1euros ^^)

Soggiorno per turismo. Ottima posizione dell'hotel, comodo al centro che si può raggiungere a piedi o in metropolitana, situata a 200 metri dall' albergo. Parcheggio a pagamento davanti all'hotel. Camere piccole, ma dotate di tutti i confort necessari. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Colazione continentale di tutto rispetto a soli 5,00 €. Rapporto qualita/prezzo ottimo. Consigliato!!!!
