Check in was an extremely frustrating process. We landed and we’re hungry but just trying to get in. The first door to the actual building does not lock (just push it to open) it has foil in the lock to prevent it from locking when you close it. Then the floors are not numbered and the doors on the floors are not numbered which gets confusing to figure out where you are suppose to go. The instructions don’t indicate to walk up until you see a door with CH. that would have been extremely helpful. Also, the instructions to which wifi code to use is not clear. I wish they would have said to use the second code because I didn’t know there were more doors inside this second door. Lastly, I kept messaging with them and luckily I know Spanish so I was able to text to communicate but when I would try to call she wouldn’t answer just let it ring and say to text her. A phone call would have been a lot faster and easier and prevented the 15 minutes we stood at the door trying to get in. The good thing about this is the room is actually comfortable and looks as described and in a great location with a great restaurant right next to the main door.

Al principio al ver el edificio puedes dudar de como será el apartamento, pero es tal cual las imágenes. Muy limpio, espacioso y von una ubicación inigualable. La primera vez puede resultar confuso el metodo de entrada ya que para entrar tanto al edificio como al apartamento tiene que ser todo hecho por la aplicación, pero una vez hecho no hay problema.

Excelente opción en la mejor ubicación de Madrid
Es una muy buena opción, sin duda el hecho de tener una pequeña cocina disponible en la habitación para mí, fue la razón más importante para escoger este alojamiento sobre otros. Al momento de llegar a mi habitación por primera vez, la habitación estaba sucia, no la habían arreglado, sin embargo me comunique con el personal de recepción y de inmediato me dieron una solucion. La ubicación es inmejorable a pocos minutos caminando de los lugares más importantes de Madrid, la habitación es cómoda y el WiFi funciona muy bien.

Horrible experience
Firstly, the place we checked in was almost 1 mile away from the actual apartment (nobody told us about it). So, after a long flight we had to walk for 15 minutes uphill in the rain with our suitcases and my baby son 😞. The bathroom smelled a bit probably because of humidity because there was no shower door. We had to mop the whole bathroom every time we showered. The glass door broke and they never fixed it. There was no cleaning service (not even garbage pick up) for the 12 days we stayed. I had to go out and take my garbage. Just in the 5th day or so a cleaning person stoped by and left some towels.

It was great. Centrally located. Check-in is a 10 minute walk from the room. Not much noise at night. Plenty of places to eat and drink around the room.

Vi tjekkede ind meget sent, men blev mødt af en sød pige, der fulgte os til hotellet og svarede på spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget flot, ren og fuldt funktionel med lille køkken. Det eneste minus var at vi ikke fik tømt skraldespande eller fik fyldt op med toiletpapir, så vi gik selv ud og skaffede mere, hvilket ikke bør være nødvendigt på hotel.

The office where you check in is a different address that what is listed. So you get to haul your luggage from the apartment to the office and back again. Joy. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. The keys get stuck in the locks and you get threatened if you don’t return their precious keys (which we did) Do yourself a favor and skip this place and stay at the Hotel Francisco nearby. Beautiful, centrally located and awesome staff.

Posizione e servizi ottimi!
Appartamento molto confortevole e in posizione ottima. Struttura bella, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolissimo intervento di ordinaria manutenzione, che però non influisce sul soggiorno. Check-in molto veloce, con personale molto gentile e disponibile: servizio in generale molto buono (anche il Wi-Fi). Assolutamente consigliato!

Las fotos de publicidad son mentiras!!!! Habitacion espantosa,oscura,encerrados entre cuatro paredes , con vista a paredes internas,edificio antiguo ,sin personal que atienda. Los denunciare por estafa al Municipio de Madrid al regresar a mi Pais. No es lo que nos vendieron, no es un hotel, es un hostal de mala muerte....no tiene recepción, la puerta de la entrada parece que está forzada, en la puerta hay varios cubos de basura , no utilizamos las instalaciones y nos la cobraron.NO acepten un hotel en el que te cobren de antemano sin garantía de devolución.

Buenos dias, No somos ni un hotel, ni un hostal, somos un conjunto de apartamentos. Nuestra recepción, como bien indicamos en la reserva, esta ubicada en otro edificio a 5 minutos caminando. Y todos nuestros servicios estan indicados en la pagina de la reserva. Lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido agradable.

Zimmer ganz nett eingerichtet aber tägliche Reinigung nur gegen Aufpreis. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Tageslicht nur beschränkt, Bad sehr klein, so dass ich mich beim hinsetzen aufs Klo an der Waschbecken Kante geschnitten hatte. In der Dusche kann man sich als größerer Mann kaum bewegen und die Betten rutschen auseinander. Als paar sehr unschön.

Perfect Place for short or long stay.
The location was perfect in the Puerta de Sol plaza area. We had a layover for our flight and didn't want anything to far away from the Grand Via. Just a hint look for the e-mail with directions to the office because it is not at the apartment...a short walk but it is best to take a cab to the office and you can walk to the apartment. The night life a live lots of bars, restaurants, shops and anything you can imagine near you.
