We had no towels in the room did not realize it till it was too late and also shower pressure was horrible literally. No water out. Room is outdated it and furniture worn. Overall room appearance not great. Compare to photos.

Our first room did not have a working lock. My daughter was bitten by something in the room. The second unit had roaches and bedbugs. My daughter and I spent two nights at the hotel and slept in our car both nights. After the second night, we left. The refund we got was only $258.00 when there were still five days left in our reservation and we were renting the room for $72/night.

I ask for a non smoking the whole building smelled like smoke . The room was dirty I found hair all over the restroom. The dining area had crumbs all over the counter. I will never go back there.

I renteda room here for a night to go to the dignity health sports field to watch the LA sevens rugby tournament. Check in was easy and the woman at reception was so noce and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, and walkong to the event was safe and easy. Highly recommend for any events in the area.

Dirty would be an understatement for this property as soon as you walk in it smells like trash and the walls by the elevator are disgusting. We were suppose to stay 5 night but Checked out a few hrs later. The toilet had hair on the seat and bowl, the sink was dirty and had hair, the mirror had writhing on it that was not wiped, the shower was filthy how can you get clean in there??? The kitchen wasn’t bad but dirty. The drawers and stands were dirty as well. The whole place was beyond disgusting but the staff was beyond kind and understanding. Was given a refund and I booked elsewhere.

I had 3 rooms for 3 nights. All rooms were absolutely disgusting. We were moved to 3 other rooms and they were no better. There were multiple bugs running around, the countertops still had food on them. The hotel was also housing the homeless in multiple rooms. One day the water was turned off for 6 hours. Expedia did not disclose any of this when the rooms were booked. This experience was so bad, our company will no longer be using Expedia for our travel arrangements.

I was placed on the second floor 230 to be exact, and the room was one of the worse rooms I've stayed in. The room smelt of old dingy cigarette smoke and the overall cleanliness of the room was a 2 out of 10. I asked to be placed in another room, patty at the front desk was kind enough to place me on the 3rd floor in a room 100 times cleaner and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay comfortably.

First of all. The hotel has cancelled my reservation saying that they overbooked and Expedia was supposed to have let me know. I was finally able to convenience front desk person to give us the last room available she was holding for another party. When we got into the room it smelled soooo bad! Like something had died in there. The carpets were filthy, table and side tables had burn marks on them from so no smoking, kitchen walls had grease, bathroom shower curtain was mildewed, ceiling just above the bed had blood like look ( most likely blood!) scattered in various places. I traveled with my 12 year old daughter so she could attend a concert. We both were so comfortable staying there but did not have another place because we weee from out of town and did not have a car. This hotel needs to be investigated right away!!!! There is no way anyone should stay there and pay over $200 a night!
