Great place to when, after a long day driving enter Rome. Easy parking in front of hotel. Rooms are basic. Shower was so-so. But good value overall. And I would stay again and also recommend to friends.

Hotel economico e il motivo è ovvio.
Hotel mediocre, costruzione risalente al almeno 30 anni. Camera dalle dimensioni molto ridotte. Idem il bagno non piu' di 1 metro quadro, con doccia arrangiata in una mini vasca risalente all'età della costruzione. In camera è installato un contizionatore d'aria dove tutto esce meno che aria fresca molto rumoroso. L'hotel è inoltre, come se non bastasse situato a non piu' 10 metri dalla strada Salaria dove vi è una intensa circolazione di mezzi 24 su 24 che frecciano e il rumore è molto fastidioso. Comazione compreso nel prezzo accettabile tranne il caffè. In conclusione stiamo parlando di un Hotel a 3 stelle che probabilmente con gli anni avrà perso qualche stella per strada. Unica nota positiva è il personale molto gentile e cortese, ma purtroppo non è colpa loro sugli inconvenienti riscontrati.

HOTEL DA MIGLIORARE
La struttura è datata, necessita di manutenzione, i pulsanti dell'ascensore sono fissati con fascette in plastiche, le porte non si chiudono, il soffione della doccia è UNICO. La nota positiva della struttura è il personale educato, gentile e garbato.

Mal WiFi, sin piscina, falta de limpieza exterior, aire acondicionado con falta de frío, grifería con falta de mantenimiento, alrededores entre 50 y 100m. Con prostitutas.

Hotel w miarę ładny i czysty, ale niestety słaba klimatyzacja - próbowałem w trzech pokojach i wszędzie za słabo chłodziła. No i basen miał być, a był... w remoncie.

Hotel far from anything.
Staff is excellent. Hotel is old and things break down. Was almost trapped in the elevator. Can not recommend this hotel. Expecially if you are in Rome to take in the sites.

Reasonably priced Rome Hotel
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff is absolutely outstanding. The hotel could use a remodel which with the basic plant, size and staff would get it a much better rating.

Trop loin du centre ville (perdu en banlieue)
L'hôtel est loin de tout sur le bord d'une rocade, pas pratique si l'on veut sortir le soir, je conseillerai plutôt un hôtel proche du centre ville. Restaurant de l'hôtel nul.

man kann das Hotel als billiges Reichtum bewerten
Wenn man sich für dieses Hotel entscheidet, soll man bereit sein, noch ungefähr 20 Euro für das Taxi auszugeben, weil das Hotel ziemlich weit (15 Minuten mit dem Auto) vom Zentrum liegt. Als wir zum Hotel angekommen sind, sollten wir noch 10 Minuten an der Rezeption warten, weil niemand da war. Später haben wir rausgefunden, dass die Rezeptionistin in der Zeit versucht hat, das Internet zu reparieren (was ihr nicht gelungen ist). Unseres Zimmer war klein aber ziemlich gemütlich. Die Minibar war leer. Wir hatten auch Probleme mit dem Waschbecken, weil das verstopft war.

Piacevole weekend romano
Ho trascorso un piacevole weekend, l'hotel è ubicato in zona strategica per raggiungere il centro. Hotel accogliente, non troppo moderno ma molto pulito ed il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è abbondante ed eccezionale. Purtroppo la pizzeria all'interno dell'hotel non era aperta ma il receptionist non ha esitato a fornirci il numero di una pizzeria per la consegna direttamente in camera. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

L'ho utilizzato per un weekend lungo di turismo a Roma con i miei tre figli. Camera quadrupla spaziosa e sufficientemente confortevole. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima base per spostamenti in auto.

Hotel défraichit. Très bruyant car proximité voie rapide et école. Photos sur site de l'hôtel doivent datées car nos chambres n'avaient rien de semblable ! Salle de bain pas commode et baignoire vieillot ! Hotel Déconseillé !!!!!

checked out after 2 hours; no point in staying
If one has business in that area or an automobile, then the hotel would maybe, (that is a big maybe) almost worth the price. But, if you are a tourist in Rome you will waste all of your time and money stuck in an area that is not remotely near the city's center or any thing for that matter. I spent all day traveling to my hotel had to transfer to a bus (no attendants at the station; thank God it was not at night) and walk several blocks to a bus stop, etc. etc. Spent over a hundred us dollars to get back to Rome....not at pleasant.

Value for Money
The location is around 15 mins away from Termini by bus, the bus runs every 20 mins and is always on time. Try to avoid rush hour in the morning and afternoon as it adds another 10-15 mins to the journey. Buses run from 5am to midnight. There is also a taxi rank next to the hotel, didn't use this so unsure of prices. The location itself isn't exactly scenic being off a main road (dual carriageway) near a college and commercial estate, there also appeared to be a few prostitutes in the area, probably not ideal for families. The hotel itself is clean, the hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. If, like us, your Italian isn't so great this won't be a problem as the reception staff all speak English very well. The room is pretty basic but clean, the wifi service is available on all floors and in reception. Breakfast was a standard assortment of pastries, breads, cereals and hot and cold drinks, some fruit may have been nice. We also used the Pizzeria which is attached to the hotel, again the staff were friendly, the food was nice but the service was a little slow so be patient! If you're looking to be in the thick of the action then this probably isn't the location for you, if you want something quieter, out of the way then this is ideal. Very much worth the money.

Good Stay for the Price
As a traveler on a budget, had a positive experience here. Customer service was wonderful; with every employee taking the time to answer all of my questions. People have complained about the location, but I really didn't have a problem with it. Public transportation was so convenient (bus station literally right outside), and again, the staff took their time to help me understand it. We were able to get to all of tourists sites within 20 minutes, at a round trip cost of 3 euros a person. Would MUCH rather stay here again, then pay double to stay in the heart of the action. Neighborhood wasn't the greatest, but not terrible. Restaurant wasn't bad.

Hotellet ligger för långt från metro och busstider håller inte alltid. Att frukosten ingår gäller inte för alla, jag är glutenintolerans och allt som serveras till frukost är av mjöl. Jag förklarade att jag inte tål mjöl och bad om ett kokt ägg, jag fick besked om att första morgonen bjuder dem på, skulle jag vilja ha ett kokt ägg varje morgon så kostar det 5 euro extra per dag. Rummet som vi fick hade en stor mögelfläcka i badrummet.

Freundlicher Empfang. Guter Service. Pizzeria bzw. Restaurant im Haus. Schöner Garten zum relaxen. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügelstation im Haus kostenlos nutzbar. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. WLAN verfügbar. Ausstattung etwas altbacken. Betten wurden täglich gemacht und benutzte Handtücher täglich getauscht.

noi avevamo prenotato una camera quadrupla e la signorina alla hall ci ha detto che le risultava una tripla e per avere un letto in più avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento. A quel punto le abbiamo mostrato i fogli di expedia e lei ha detto che le sembrava basso quel prezzo per una quadrupla nel suo hotel. Quando le abbiamo detto che lo stesso prezzo si poteva trovare sul sito dell'hotel ha detto che forse si era sbagliata. Quindi fate attenzione! Un altro piccolo problema è il rumore dovuto al passaggio dei treni e degli aerei. Per il resto l'hotel è gradevole e la colazione è abbastanza buona.

Da hotellet lå langt fra sentrum av Roma var det lite å ta seg til i hotellets nærmeste omgivelse: Motorvei, bilverksteder o.l. Støy fra motorvei, hvis rommet vendte den retningen. Hotellet bærer preg av glansdager som ligger noe bakover i tid, men betjening, service og rydding/renhold var super. Frokosten var veldig enkel og "kontinental", men smakte godt. Lite med faciliteter på hotellet, men rimelig!
