Dear Madam, Dear Sir, First of all, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am surprised to read that you did not have hot water. Solar panels have been checked recently and all 4 blocks have their hot water system working perfectly. You should have informed us about it, I am sure we would have settle this quickly. Wine is actually not that expensive when you consider how high imported items are taxed. Of course, you might have seen slightly less priced bottles in very big hotels/restaurants but that is because of their sale volume is high so they get revised rates from suppliers. Yala, Bundala o Udawalawe, paseos en bote en el lago Tissa, visitando la ciudad sagrada de Kataragama, observación de aves alrededor de los 5 lagos de Tissa o visitando el templo de Kirinda y el impresionante vista sobre el océano que ofrece.
